Types of Vegetarians
"Flexitarian"- follows a mainly vegetarian diet
Pescaterian- does not eat meat or fowl - does eat fish/seafood and dairy
Lacto-ovo- vegetarian- does not eat meat, fowl,
or fish -does eat dairy and eggs
Vegan- does not eat meat, fowl, fish, dairy, eggs,
or any animal derives product (ex: honey)
