How we live the Sheraton Brand?
ACTION:
Brand Question Cards
Our associates experience new activity,
where our management team members while
walking in the hotel asked the associates to
choose one or more questions.
This is a great tool how we can identify their
knowledge funny way.
Our associates wants to always answer more
than one question.
This is real fun for them.
Associates do enjoy this actions,
had fun and regularly increasing
their knowledge.
We live the Brand.
