INVINCIBLE
PUMPKIN
Type
A hybrid white pumpkin with a semi-bush growth habit.
Maturity
90 days in summer, 100-110 days in cool winters. INVINCIBLE should only be harvested once
the fruit stems develop cork-like cracks and lose most of their green colour. Storage for 2
weeks after harvest will result in under-skin greening being much reduced.
Plant Characteristics
Semi-bush growth habit. Can be planted up to 7000 plants per hectare.
Quick maturing.
Fruit Characteristics
Medium-sized white fruit with slight ribbing. Fruit has a deep shape with an average weight
of 4.5kg. Small seed cavity, thick shoulder and small blossom-end scar. Excellent size to
weight ratio. White skin minimizes sunburn.
Flesh Characteristics
Deep orange, thick and very firm, with excellent keeping quality.
Yield Potential
High.
Disease Resistance
Good general disease resistance. Early maturity may avoid some disease problems.
