No Foreign Transaction Fees on Purchases
Whether you’re traveling abroad or shopping on an
international retailer’s site, you can avoid paying foreign
transaction fees on purchases you make with your card.
For example, if you spend $2,000 on foreign purchases,
you will avoid paying $60 in foreign transaction fees, based on
a 3% fee that is charged on select Citi® cards.

Worldwide Car Rental Insurance
Be more confident at the rental car counter — you may be
covered against theft or damage to a rental car when you
pay for your rental with your Citi card and decline the rental
company’s collision loss/damage insurance.
Lost Baggage Protection
Trip Delay Protection
Say good-bye to baggage worries. If your checked or carryon luggage is lost, stolen, or damaged by the common carrier
while on a trip, we may refund the purchase price of the
missing items or the cost to repair or replace the damaged
items, whichever is less.
Expenses while you wait, like meals or lodging? No worries, it’s
covered. If your trip on a common carrier is delayed on a trip, we
may reimburse you for expenses incurred because of the delay.
Trip Cancellation & Interruption Protection
Travel plans can go awry for many reasons. If certain unforeseen
events get in the way of your trip, you may be reimbursed for nonrefundable trip expenses, like change fees, provided you paid for
the trip with your Citi card.
Baggage Delay Protection
If your common carrier checked baggage is delayed on a trip,
we may reimburse the cost of necessary personal and business
items until their baggage arrives.

Citi Price Rewind
If you need assistance before or during a trip, services are
available 24/7 for emergency travel arrangements, travel
issues, medical and legal referrals and much more. You won’t
have to scramble to find services close to your location
or worry about asking for help when you don’t speak the
language. Referrals or assistance is at no cost, but you will
pay for the services you use.
Did you get the lowest price on your Citi® card purchase?
Let’s find out. Citi Price Rewind does a 60-day search for a
lower price on your purchases. And if we find one, you can
get a refund of the price difference. Citi Price Rewind does
the hard work for you.
Worldwide Travel Accident Insurance
Travel with more peace of mind when you pay for your trip
with your Citi card. Worldwide Travel Accident Insurance is
a type of coverage that you hope to never need, but it may
offer some financial help to you or your loved ones if a tragic
accident does occur.
Extended Warranty
Extends the manufacturer’s warranty so you can feel more
confident when you make purchases with your Citi card.

Protection may cover you for repairs or a refund if purchases

Fraud Early Warning
Whether online or at a store, if someone uses your card
without consent, you won’t have to worry about paying for
charges you didn’t authorize.
Our Fraud Early Warning monitors your account to
detect potentially fraudulent transactions. If we see
suspicious activity, we will take appropriate actions
to protect your account, including contacting you
to validate the transactions.
Billing Dispute Resolution
If there’s a problem with a purchase made using your
Citi ThankYou® Premier Card, we will gladly serve as
the liaison between you and the vendor to help resolve
the issue quickly.
The Lost Wallet Service
If you’ve lost your card, we’ll replace it, usually within
24 hours. In addition, we’ll provide you with emergency
cash, subject to your available revolving credit limit
and cash advance limit.8

Identity theft can be a traumatizing experience.
Luckily, our team of dedicated Identity Theft Specialists
are invested in helping you contact credit bureaus,
assisting with police reports and offering any other
