The Tail Spinner
Pattern by Linda Davis
Polaris Moebius
This is an extremely simple pattern! This
moebius can be done with any yarn. Simple do
a gauge and multiply the number of stitches
per inch by 12. I usually use a needle one to
two sizes larger for the yarn I am using.
Materials:

3 skeins of Polaris by Rosetti

Size 9 Knitting Needles

Tapestry Needle for finishing
Pattern:
Provisionally cast on 70 sts
Row 1: K across row to the last 3 sts, bring
There are many ways to wear this Moebius. You can
wear this straight down as a scarf, opened and over the
shoulders like a shawl, collared and flat in front under
a blazer, or doubled up as a cowl (below).
yarn forward, slip last 3 sts purlwise, turn
Repeat Row 1 until all three skeins are used up
leaving enough yarn to graft (Kitchner Stitch)
the two pieces together.
Finishing
While still on the needles, fold piece in half.
Then, turn the portion over with the needles
so you have a right side facing a wrong side.
Then, graft together using the Kitchner Stitch.
This results in the true Moebius (or Infinity)
scarf.
