This is Our Youth (1650 North Halsted) Headliners Kieran Culkin and
Michael Cera take the stage in the new theatre production. This wild,
funny and bittersweet production portrays a modern classic! The story
follows forty-eight hours in the lives of three lost young souls in New

their teen years, they want to take on the world.

Escargot
A true french delicacy! Tender snails, cooked
in butter, garlic and parsley.
Coq au Vin
Chicken braised with wine, lardons, mushrooms, &
garlic. While typically Burgundy is used, many
regions of France have variants; using the local wine, such as coq au vin jaune (Jura), coq au
Riesling (Alsace), coq au pourpre or coq au violet
(Beaujolais nouveau), and coq au Champagne.
Blanquette de Veau
Blanquette is a stew consisting of veal in a white
sauce. Served with rice or steamed potatoes.
The powerful cloves play such an important role.
They perfume the blanquette de veau and turn it
into an unforgettable tasting stew.
