STK (360 North State Street) is a concept by ONE Group Inc that is a steakhouse for the ladies! STK aims for something similar to their New York and Las Vegas locations in Chicago.The plates will include smaller cuts of meat and more salads. The restaurant is slated to open in 2015. Options range from Chicago favorites like Mercadito Taqueria, and Mercato by Fabio Viviani! Henry’s Swing Club (18 West Hubbard) from the group that brought DMK Burger Bar comes a new eatery! The DMK installation takes the place of Lao 18 and brings a new experience to the area. It is trendy and offers cocktails like frozen mezcal mules and s’mores you cook tabletop! Fig & Olive (70-104 Oak Street) the group opened their Gold Coast mansion location on June 28th for dinner. The restaurant offers a spacious terrace for al fresco dining and serves mediterranean cuisine. Expect lunch to be served beginning July 14th and brunch July 19th.
