We are excited to announce “Zeltsman Marimba Festival On Tour”—a new branch of the famous United Statesbased marimba festival. Some of the regular ZMF faculty members will tour together to present condensed
versions of ZMF in locations around the world. The very first event of this kind will be in Odate, Akita, Japan!
4 Faculty Concerts and a Participants’ Concert on Sunday, July 27, 1:00-5:00 pm will be open to the public.
The registration fee to be a participant of the ZMF On Tour / 6-day Festival will include concert admission plus
close work with all faculty at 5 master classes (attended by all participants, some of whom can perform for
Faculty) and 5 open lessons (further work in small groups). Some time for individual practice will be possible.
A trademark of all ZMF events is the supportive, fun atmosphere. Don’t miss this opportunity to work with
