The Mega Cat is equipped with a two story tube slide, 15 person hot tub with swim-up bar, top-side bar, a third level sun deck and
stereo with an iPod docking station. When the outdoor activities are over, luxury abounds inside with 8 private bedrooms – each
with a TV/DVD – and 3 1/2 baths including a handy half bath on the rear deck. The huge salon features a double sectional sofa and
a 36” widescreen TV with satellite tracking system. The gourmet galley is outfitted with stainless steel appliances including two
refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The guys might even pitch in with the cooking on the oversized built-in stainless
steel grill top-side.
This incredible boat features a catamaran hull exclusive to State Dock which ensures easy cruising, straight tracking and increased
speed. Twin diesel engines make handling easier in tight places and our captains will give you the training you need for carefree
cruising. The Mega Cat is equipped with an oversized diesel generator to power the central heat and air conditioning, and
appliances including the washer and dryer .

outside the hot tub, 2 slides, grill and large flybridge. We’ve even added a new bar on top. In short, everything’s onboard for
a great vacation! The 750 is powered by two Volvo diesel engines for comfortable cruising and ease of handling. Equipped
with an oversized diesel generator so you can enjoy all the amenities of home without worrying about carbon monoxide.

a sectional sofa and entertainment center with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The 500 is equipped with a 135 HP Honda engine.
The large diesel generator provides plenty of power for air conditioning, the hot tub and appliances. Diesel engines don’t produce

All of the 600s have been updated with new flooring, decor and a spacious redesign. The lower cabin is great for kids,
or adults who just need the space for sleeping. In addition to the 4 cabins, there are two couches with sofa beds in the
salon area. Everyone can join the fun on this beautiful, well appointed boat. Top side has a flybridge, hot tub, party top
and sun lounging area.
Handicapped Accessible Model! We have remodeled one 600 into a handicapped accessible houseboat.
One of the bedrooms has been lowered to allow wheelchair access leaving headroom in the cabin below a bit
shorter. There is a new handicapped shower and wider hallways. The top side is not handicapped accessible.

A luxurious 4-bedroom boat designed with many of the same features of the 900. The 450 shares a huge salon and galley
area, featuring a large sectional sofa which converts to a fifth bed plus a large open back deck. The entertainment center
includes a 27” TV, with DVD, indoor/outdoor stereo system. The fully equipped galley has a smooth top range, microwave and
large refrigerator. Topside, the boat has a fly-bridge, propane grill, 8-person hot tub, waterslide, 6 lounge chairs and a party
top for shade. A new catamaran hull design exclusive to State Dock provides increased cruising speed, improved stability
and handling plus arrow-straight tracking. It is equipped with a 4-stroke gasoline outboard engine, diesel generator and an
inverter that allows for continuous operation of the refrigerator and entertainment system when the generator is off.

The popular 400 series remains one of our busiest boats. It’s no wonder as it provides groups with an amazing houseboat
at an affordable price. It recently received a major face lift with all new natural maple paneling, cabinetry, appliances
and electronics nearly transforming it into a new boat! This versatile boat has five private staterooms and the new
sectional sofa also converts to a bed. The galley is equipped with a standard size smooth top range, microwave and
large refrigerator. The entertainment center features a 20” TV and DVD. Topside you’ll find a flybridge, 8 person hot tub
& a waterslide plus four loungers for soaking in the sun. The 400 is powered by a 90 HP Honda engine while the diesel
generator provides power for air conditioning and appliances without the danger of carbon monoxide.

HOUSEBOAT
The Admiral is a State Dock customer favorite and was completely remodelled in 2009. With 64’ of length, the Admiral is
huge for an entry level boat and has everything you need for a comfortable and fun filled vacation. It has 4 private
staterooms, a sofa bed and 1 1/2 baths. It has amenities not normally found on an entry level charter, such as, generator,
central air conditioning, a well equipped galley including microwave, television with DVD and stereo system. The top deck
has a ton of space for sunbathing or enjoying a cruise plus a waterslide off the back for lots of summertime fun.
The Admiral is powered by a 90HP Honda gasoline outboard motor and has a diesel generator to ensure no danger
from carbon monoxide while sleeping in air conditioned comfort.

Houseboats begin boarding between
1:30 PM and 3:30 PM central time and
arrive back to the dock between 9:00 AM
and 11:00 AM central time. Each boat
type has different times. Check your
rental agreement for your boarding time.
