Prologue
During the last few years Saudi Arabia was experiencing a
comprehensive renovation renaissance and sustainable development
which have generated an economical boom in all sectors, that
encouraged the investors to expand their investment, particularly in
the promising sectors; such as the furniture and wooden industries,
which are considered to the most fact growing investment in the
Kingdom as result of the Construction boom and population growth.
The market Value is estimated by an amount of SR 5 billion yearly
with high demand against the supply in market place, the thing which
encouraged Medroc to increase it’s investment to cover the market
demand to participate in the enrichment of the national industries and
provide work opportunities for the qualified Saudi’s by establishing
wood work factory for the Furniture and wooden modern Industries
that meet the highest international quality levels.

‫ُمتخصصة في صناعة األثاث الخشبي بجدة ‪ .‬وفي خالل فترة قصيرة‬
‫حققت نجاحًا ملحوظًا بسبب جودة منتجاتها‪ .‬ومع ازدياد إقبال العمالء‬

‫عليها‪ ،‬تقرر توسعتها ومن ثم تحويلها إلى مصنع‬

‫‪In 1995 Sheikh Hassan Hussein Al Amoudi launched in Jeddah a small‬‬
‫‪Furniture workshop as start, sooner it became throughout the city‬‬
‫‪as a well known best quality furniture workshop facing a demand‬‬
‫‪exceeding it natural capabilities. In 2008 Coimal Italian srl. expertise I this‬‬
‫‪field had helped Sheikh Hassan Hussein Al Amoudi vision to upgrade‬‬
‫‪this workshop to a fully automated Factory, runs in accordance with‬‬
‫‪the international Standards.‬‬

Machinery & Production
Today the new Woodroc Factory occupies an area of 45,000 M², with
investment above SR 120 million and more than 100 multi national
manpower. The factory location is the Industrial City Phase Five, it is
furnished with the most advanced Italian Machineries, each production
cycle is controlled by advanced touch LCDs. Most of the production
cycles such as cutting, assembling, painting and quality control using
the most advanced apparatus in the world which work with high
speed, extremely precision and best quality. The Production Line is
very flexible and can be adjusted as needed to produce the different
types Customers preferred. This in addition to the fact that the quality
control tests support the production process according to the time
limits specified for the delivery schedules.
We will expand gradually to raise the productivity of all the production
lines of internal and external doors, bedrooms, living rooms, offices,
kitchen, Educational groups and Hospitals Furniture, and other wood
products.
