the weekend of May 16-17 to learn the lingo from some of the most
passionate car folk this side of the Mississippi, a passion that often
runs in the family. Some 1,200 classic rides will fill the parking lot at
Noah’s Ark Waterpark. There will be live music and food, a car parade,
car corral, swap meet and an awards presentation too.

every hour.

Wisconsin Dells Municipal Code 18.14 (12) prohibits disorderly conduct
with the Use of a Motor Vehicle - No person may, on public or private
property, operate a motor vehicle in a disorderly manner. The conduct
prohibited by this provision includes, but is not limited to, the following:
deliberate or intentional spinning of wheels; causing a vehicle, while
commencing to move or in motion, to have one or more wheels off the
ground; operation in a manner that would tend to cause a disturbance; negligent
operation; operation that endangers or damages property; operation that endangers
the health or safety of a person or causes injury; operation that causes annoying or
disturbing dust, noise, smoke, odor or gas; and reckless operation.
The maximum fine for this violation is $502.00.
Wisconsin Dells Municipal Code 18.04 (4a) prohibits the consumption of alcoholic
beverages in public places. No person shall consume any intoxicating liquor, wine or
fermented malt beverage while in or upon any public street, alley, sidewalk, parking lot
or other public way. The maximum fine for this violation is $303.00.
Wisconsin Dells Municipal Code 18.04 (4c) prohibits the possession of alcoholic
beverages in public places. No person shall be in possession of any glass or open
container containing wine, alcoholic or fermented malt beverages on any thoroughfare,
street, sidewalk, alley, parking lot or any other public place. The maximum fine for this
violation is $303.00.
To assure the safety to motorists, as well as pedestrians, these ordinances are strictly
enforced.

Lake Delton Municipal Code 42.10 prohibits any disorderly conduct or
the disturbance of the peace with a motor vehicle, to wit: No driver of
any motor vehicle, including motorcycles, shall cause, by excessive and
unnecessary acceleration, the tires of such vehicle or cycle to spin and
emit loud noises or to unnecessarily throw stones or gravel; nor shall
such driver cause to be made by excessive and unnecessary acceleration
any loud noise as would disturb the public peace. The fine for this violation in Lake
Delton is $515.00.
Lake Delton Municipal Code prohibits the consumption or possession of intoxicants on
school grounds or public places, specifically:
A.
Possessing or using alcohol beverages in a public place or on school grounds is
prohibited. Adopting 125.09 (1) and (2), Wis. Stats.
B.
Consumption. No person shall consume any intoxicating liquor or fermented malt
beverage while in or upon any thoroughfare,street, alley, sidewalk or parking lot,
either public or privately owned and open to the public.
C.
Possession. No person shall be in possession of any glass or open container
containing alcoholic or fermented malt beverage on any thoroughfare, street,
alley, sidewalk, or parking lot, either public or privately owned and open to the
public. The fine for this violation in Lake Delton is $175.00.
To assure the safety to motorists, as well as pedestrians, these ordinances are strictly
