Keynote Speaker
Letha Brandenburg comes to
us from Vancouver, WA, as a
member of the First Church
of God. She has been active
with women’s ministry in
many capacities, including
leading bible studies and
planning retreats. She is also
on the Board of Trustees at her church. Letha has
shared her talent for speaking and singing with
women’s groups & youth groups around the Northwest. She is a motivational speaker and also, a personal coach. She has owned and operated ―The
Healthy Weigh,‖ a weight loss clinic, since 1990. She
has been married to her husband, Barry, for 25 years,
and has a 17 year old son, who is a high school senior.

Friday
Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. After you’ve settled into your
room, you have the option of participating in one or all of the
choices during the activities from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Detailed information concerning these activities can be found on the inside
cover. This time is yours—relax , and enjoy it! (There is an
additional cost of $3.00 if you choose to participate in the Wind
Chime or Quilt Square Craft.)

Sept. 21-22, 2007
at Double K Christian Retreat Center
After our evening worship, we will have ―A Time to Gather‖ with
several choices: 1) popcorn & a Chondra Pierce movie ―Having a
Girls Night Out‖, 2) bonfire and smores (weather permitting), or
3) you may join others in the dining hall for table games and goodies. (You bring the games and the goodies to share.)

Finding Your Passion—Kathy Shoop
Circumstances in our lives shout for our attention. As long as we
have our eyes on our circumstances they will define or defeat our
passion. Find and keep your ―Passion‖ for God by trusting and
loving Him through everything that happens in your life.
Enjoying His Presence—Karen Scott
Can you imagine a racecar driver going into a high speed race
without safety gear? What about day to day life without regular
time spent with God in His Presence? This session will give you
practical guidelines & tools to help keep that ―QUIET TIME‖.
This will be an opportunity for
you to RECHARGE !!!
Prospering in His Purpose—Paula Wilson
God loves us and gives meaning to our lives. To prosper in HIS
purpose, He wants us to live our lives expectantly—stepping out in
faith and applying His truths.

It’s important that we view our weight and our health
problems from a spiritual perspective.
Things to Bring
Pillow, Sleeping Bag, Towel, Washcloth, Toiletries,
Notebook, Bible, Pen, Camera, Snacks for Friday Evening Snack Time, Table Games and Comfortable Shoes.
Double K Retreat Center is located at 622 Tall Timber
Trail, Easton, Washington 98925. It is about 20 minutes
from Snoqualmie Pass. Take Interstate 90 to Exit 71.
Go east one mile on the South Frontage Road. Follow
