Franklin Boulevard, located in East
Garfield Park is unfortunately, the
recipient of mounds of debris daily. This
work should serves as a reflection for the
quality of life we want to live.

Tree-rings
The Franklin / Floor Length and Tux/
Spiderbug
These tree-rings are made from a tree cut
down from our yard due to some water
issues. I felt the tree needed to live on as a
form of jewelry and remind us how lovely
trees exist and define our neighborhoods.

A bridge, a yard, a tree house, a platform,
a wall, a roof, a ceiling, a ladder, a

simplicity was achieved, it was only after
much wrestling and binding.

WIND CHIME
11
Our mobile hangs on to memories, as it
whistles, clacks, and bends with the
wind. On a wire hanger armature
resides vinyl records, referee whistles,
bells, and bones, moving with varied
wind currents like distant souls of a
former ghost-you; we will shoot video
footage and edit the present.
