Stennis (CVN 74) in support of OperationEnduringFreedom.HethencommandedVFA-192throughatransitiontotheF/A-18ESuperHornet. Following his command tour with VFA-192, Ryan served as a Federal Executive Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge,Massachusetts.
