Welcome in the New Year with Boogie at
Edinburgh’s biggest indoor Hogmanay bash.
The entertainment starts at 7.00pm and
goes on till the wee small hours. Of course,
a glass of fizz is there for you when you
arrive, then it’s on to a superb three-course
meal featuring the very best seasonal and
gourmet food from Scotland - designed by
BT Murrayfield’s Executive Chef, Paul Smith.
Through the evening, the entertainment
will be led by the brilliant Boogie. And at
the bells, a lone piper will play to help you
welcome in the New Year in style.

All you need to know
We will hold your provisional booking
for up to a maximum of 7 days from the
date of your enquiry, after which we
require a deposit of £22.50 per person
for VIPs and £10 per person for Glitterfest
to guarantee your booking. Full and final
payments to be made by 1 month prior
to the party date.
The last date for cheque payments is
2nd November 2015.
All deposits are strictly non refundable
and non transferable to other dates.
We request that all bookings are
managed by the person nominated to
make the original booking - the event
organiser. This will include collection of
all deposits for their party and future
payments.
All further correspondence will be
through the event organiser. Individual
payments cannot be accepted. You will
receive an email confirmation of your
booking, and an accompanying reference
number - which needs to be quoted on
all correspondence.
The event organiser will collate all special
dietary requirements.
Full event details and drinks pre order
forms will be sent by email to the event
organiser by Friday 30th October 2015.
No tickets will be issued.
Parties of less than 10 may be seated at
shared tables and table plans may not
be issued prior to the event. We cannot
guarantee that tables will be placed next
to each other although we will endeavour
to accommodate all requests.
All cancellations must be confirmed
to us in writing.
For cancellations - the balance
of monies less the deposit will be
refunded as follows:
Within 14 days - no refund;
More than 14 days but less than
28 days - 50% refund;
More than 28 days but less than
56 - 70% refund.
Monies paid for non arrivals or late
cancellations will be forfeited and cannot
be transferred to cover food or drinks
for other members of the party.
