Simply place an order with us online, by phone or by fax and we take it from there. We work directly with you, not the customer and oversee the entire process from beginning to end. There is no minimum or maximum order requirement – order from one to one hundred straps – and discounts are available for multiple orders. You can even have your company name stamped on the straps (please call for details). It's very simple. You can order online, by phone or fax and we will take it from there. Please check your order carefully before placing it. Make sure that all sizes, styles, padding, colors etc. are correct. If you need to include any additional information about your strap please make notes in the "Special Instructions" section. Select a leather and color Measure the lug width (where it attaches to the watch) Measure the buckle width (where the buckle attaches) Measure the length of each side of the strap not including the buckle Select a strap style Select a thickness of padding Select a lug end style Select the stitching style and color *For website orders* During checkout you will be asked to verify that your order is correct and will have to check a box stating that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer it cannot be cancelled and we do not accept returns or give refunds or exchanges. Production time is 6 to 8 weeks. Samples are available by request. If you have any questions please contact us before ordering. PAYMENT Since all straps are made to order we require payment in full when the order is placed. Payment can be made by a company credit card or a company check. We do not offer net terms or payment plans. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for custom straps. In the event of a manufacturer defect we will have the strap remade to the original specifications.
