Milestone

1989 LIGITEK Electronics Co., Ltd. was established In Taiwan.
1990 Automatic equipment installed in Taiwan.
1993 Work out new market strategy for international market and enhance the
business of custom deign.
1995 SMD LED get into mass production (Axial type and Top LED).
1996 TUV P.S certifies LIGITEK meets ISO9002 requirements.
1998 Start to develop ultra bright blue, green and white LED.
1999 BVQI certifies LIGITEK and LAPLING (China) both meet ISO9001 requirements.
2000 LIGITEK was selected for funding by the Bureau of Industry Government to
develop specialist LED modules.
2001 URS Certifies LIGITEK and LAPING (China) both meet QS9000 requirements.
2002 Invest capital to US$8,000,000
2003 Applying ISO14001.
2004 Publicly lists on the Taiwan’s OTC Securities Market; SMD LED mass production
begins.
2005 JAS-ANZ certifies LIGITEK & LAPLING (China) both meet ISO14001
2006 Solar Division is found; O.H. Tech is merged by LIGITEK.
2007 Solar Division is divided up to Ligitek Photovoltaic Co., Ltd; BV certifies LIGITEK
& LAPLING (China) both meet ISO/TS16949; Invest capital to US24 million; Ligitek
Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. gained TUV Certification for “Safety Class II” &”IEC 61215”
2008 Ligitek Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. gained TUV Certification for UL1703
