Next, you will be prompted to complete your account information and click

Enrollment Process Step 1:
The next screen that you come to is the first in the enrollment process, where you must create a
Passphrase (a phrase between 6 & 30 characters) and choose an account image that is memorable.
Once you have completed these two tasks, click

Enrollment Process Step 2:
Your next enrollment screen will prompt you to choose three Challenge Questions and complete the
appropriate answers in the spaces provided. You may also register your computer (if it is your personal
device) or click the Do not register (if it is a public device) on this screen. After you have completed all of
the dropdown menus and fields, click
.
Enrollment Process Step 3:
The final enrollment screen that you will come to is your online account settings confirmation. Please
verify that all information is correct. If all information is not exactly how you would like it, you may click
Back to correct any needed information. If all information is exactly what you have entered please click
Finish.

E-Branch Login
Please enter your User ID/Member Number and click

Next you will be prompted to answer one of your Challenge Questions. You may register/not register
your computer. Once you have completed the prompt click

The next screen you will come to is your Passphrase/Image and Password page. Please verify your
picture and passphrase are correct, enter in your password, and then click

E-branch Home Page
On the Home Page of the new E-branch you will see a summary of your account. You may click on each
different account component to see more information, such as history and recent transactions. You also
have the option to go to other tabs -Access Accounts, Transfer Funds, Bill Payment, Apply for a Loan,
Account Services, Your Preferences and eDocuments/Online Forms.
If at any time during your online visit you would like to make a quick transfer, simply go to the Quick
Transfer box, complete the appropriate information and click Transfer. You will just need to confirm the
details that you input and click Yes. In that same window, after performing the transfer, a “transaction
completed successfully” message should appear.

After choosing an account component to work with (by clicking the highlighted item), you will be
brought to an Account Details page.
Account Details: Share
You may edit your account nicknames on each component page by clicking the [Click here to edit your
Account Nickname] link. You will simply have to type in your preferred account component nickname
(ex. Change from Share to Savings) and click Submit. Next, confirm your new Nickname and click Yes.
Your new account component nickname should be at the top of the page next to Account Details.

If you would like to see more information about any account, simply click on the account link that will
detail your information on dividends, transactions, and history. You may choose to display different
types of transactions or a different history period; you may easily access this from the drop down menus
available.
Access Accounts
You can access your Account Summary page from the dropdown menu of Access Accounts.
You can also choose to view recent activity of your account transactions. You may do so by choosing the
Recent Activity button from the Access Accounts dropdown menu.
If you would like to place a Stop Payment on a check, just choose Stop Payment from the Access
Accounts dropdown menu to proceed to the Stop Payment form. Select the account for the stop the
payment, enter the Starting check Number and the Ending Check Number (Optional) and click Submit.

If interested, you may receive e-Mail Notifications/Statements about your account. Simply go to the
Access Accounts tab and click the e-mail Notification button. If you wish to enroll to receive e-Mail
Notification, click the Continue button. You will have a choice to receive your statement through e-Mail
or U.S. Mail. Please choose your preferred option and click Continue.
You will then need to choose if you would like to receive your e-Mail in HTML format. Click Next.
The next part of the setup process will be to agree to the disclosure by clicking I Agree.
On the fourth screen you will see an account alert summary page, if all is correct click Next.

The last page you will come to is the confirmation page. Please check that all information is accurate and
then click Finish. You have now successfully enrolled in e-Mail Notification.

Transfer Funds
By choosing to Make a Transfer from the Transfer Funds dropdown menu you may choose to make a
One Time transfer or a Recurring transfer. For a One Time transfer simply complete the requested
information and click Transfer.
If you would like to create a Recurring transfer, complete the fields provided, including the Number of
Transfers and the Transfer End Date, then click Transfer. After all of the needed information has been
entered, a summary page will appear, and to submit, click Yes. You have then completed your transfer
and will see a confirmation page.
To see a summary of your transfers choose Manage/Review Transfers from the Transfer Funds
dropdown menu. In this page you will be able to view and modify all of your transfers.

Bill Payment
To begin transactions in the Bill Payment tab, choose Make a Payment from the dropdown menu. If you
are not currently enrolled in Bill Payments click Enroll in BillPayer to sign up.
On the next screen, select the account you would like to use for bill payments, and then click Enroll.
In step 2 of the Bill Payment set up, please take a moment to read the disclosure and click I Agree to
proceed.

In the next step, verify that the account information is correct and then click Finish.
After completeing the enrollment process you can then add Bill Payment Payees. Click the Add Payee
option, enter the required fields, then click Add Payee.

On the next screen, please verify that all payee information is correct and then click Yes.
The Pending Payments and Payment History screen will show all payments processed by e-Branch—both
completed and pending.

Under the Quick Pay Bill Payment drop down menu you can make a quick payment to a singular payee.
By entering the information and clicking Pay, you can complete your payment transaction.

Loan
Under the Apply for a Loan tab you can view current loans applications that you have at Bossier Federal.
By clicking the Webloan button from the Apply for a Loan dropdown menu, you will be directed to an
online application. Simply complete the application, click Submit and a loan officer will contact you as
soon as possible.

Account Services
Under the Account Services tab you may choose to add Overdraft Protection to your account. Just select
it from the dropdown menu and select the account to work with, and then click Continue.
On the next screen, select your settings then click Next.

To opt-in for Overdraft Privilege/Courtesy Pay, please review the Overdraft Services Agreement and
then click I Agree to proceed.

Preferences
Under the Your Preferences tab, when you click Login Security Credential you may change your
password, change your email address or change your EZ-Access PIN number. You may also update your
Image, Passphrase or Challenge Questions by clicking the appropriate links.
If you would like to update your contact information, click Your Preferences and select Contact
Information from the dropdown menu to begin your updates. Complete the appropriate fields, and click
Update.

If you would like to link two or more of your membership accounts you need to click on Your Preferences
and then choose Multiple Accounts from the dropdown menu. You can now link your accounts, if
needed.
By clicking Your Preferences at the top and choosing Member Preferences from the drop down menu
you can customize your homepage to your favorites. Simply check the boxes of the items that you would
like to be on your home page and click Submit.

The Alert Center and Messages tab will display any alerts or messages that may be of importance to you.
In the eStatement Selection menu option under Your Preferences you can chose to have an electronic
statement or printed statement. Then click Continue to confirm you choice.
If you enrolled in eDocuments, you can choose the eDocument/Online Forms tab to view them.
