have to be... Hiring a wedding planner will

up to your big day, giving you the opportunity
to concentrate on parts of the planning you
most enjoy.
As well as giving you time, planners save you
money through having relationships with
reliable suppliers who pass on discounts and
savings. Wedding planners are experienced
in negotiation, ensuring you get the best

effectively manage your wedding budget
and payment schedules, providing you with
a clear budget breakdown from the start
and turning your vision into a reality without
breaking the bank!
Unlike a venue co-ordinator, the sole focus
of a personal wedding planner is you. We
always have your vision and best interests at
heart therefore, especially those who don’t
take commission (like me), only recommend
suppliers that meet your brief. Unlike some
occasions where venue coordinators are not
available, wedding planners will always be
there on the day to ensure everything runs
smoothly.
From developing a design concept and
sourcing suppliers to venue dressing and
managing the entire day, the job of a wedding
planner is to help, advise and support you,
making your wedding planning process
enjoyable and leaving you stress-free,
confident and excited for your big day.

HI! I’M ELA, THE PLANNER AND
STYLIST BEHIND BOCHIC.
My vision is to create a wedding that totally
reflects you and your fiancé – a day filled with
your personality, style and everything you love.
Every couple has their own love language, little
quirks, style, characteristics, jokes and memories.
All the tiny, little things that make up and complete
the love you share are what I hope to represent
within your wedding.
Here you can find out about my six different
wedding services – from full planning to on-theday coordination and styling services, all of my
packages are bespoke and can be tailored to suit
your budget and specific needs. If you’re not sure
that a package is exactly what you’re looking for,
please get in touch and I would be happy to put
together a custom quote to suit you and your
wedding!
I am a UKAWP approved wedding planner and
member, meaning I have to adhere to their code of
business practice, including not taking commission
from suppliers, so you can be sure that I recommend
to you suppliers who I genuinely think you will love
and who will be ideal for your wedding.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:
Perhaps between you, you don’t feel you have the
time or are overwhelmed by the idea of having
to plan such a big event. Or maybe you’ve spent
hours (and days…) reading wedding magazines,
swooning over Pinterest and blogs but have no
idea where to start. If so, then this is the package
for you.
• An initial face-to-face consultation to get to
know you both, your story, ideas and wedding
wishes
• Wedding timeline document (to ensure all
wedding-related tasks get completed)
• Venue search, review and accompanied visits
• Supplier sourcing and management (from caterers
and entertainment to florists and cake)
•Budget planning and management (including
payment reminders)
•Negotiating best prices and finalising contracts
with suppliers
•Overall wedding design, styling and development
•Guest list management and RSVPs
•Regular face to face meetings and email/phone

A full service that covers everything within your
wedding journey, from finding your venue and
designing your overall style to sourcing suppliers,
a fully timed schedule and management of
your wedding on the day itself. You will have
professional, practical advice on hand for every
element of your wedding, leaving you relaxed and
assured, knowing that someone with experience
is always there to help. I will also be around on
the day of your wedding to manage everything
behind the scenes, leaving you to enjoy the day
with your family and guests as newlyweds!

You’ve planned some of the key elements of your
wedding (perhaps you’ve booked the venue or
major suppliers) and have an idea of what you
want, but you need a helping hand with the
outstanding tasks to bring it all together. From
spreadsheets, budgets and planning to décor,
styling and all things pretty, I can help your
wedding plans and ideas come together to create
your dream wedding. I will also be around on the
day to manage everything behind the scenes,
ensuring your wedding runs smoothly.

HAND OVER THE REINS FOR THE DAY
You’re happy to plan your entire wedding, but want to hand over the reins on the day itself, so you can
relax and enjoy it. I will meet with you around 2 weeks prior to your wedding (at your venue) to get to
know you, your vison and arrangements for the day. I will finalise plans with all of your suppliers and key
contacts, ensuring they are fully aware of the schedule and timings. You can rest assured that your day
will be professionally and flawlessly managed from beginning to end.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:
•Initial consultation at your venue 2 weeks
prior to your wedding to discuss all your plans
and vision, to go through everything from
your décor plans and venue layout to chosen
suppliers
•Liaison with suppliers and venue to confirm
final plans for the day

You’re super organised and ready to get stuck
into the planning process, but need some
professional advice on sourcing your dream
venue and/or suppliers. There are a million
and one venues and suppliers to choose
from and this can, understandably, be a bit
overwhelming. Let me help you find a venue
and source suppliers that perfectly compliment
your wedding vision and desired style. With an
expert hand, you will certainly find trustworthy,
reliable and honest suppliers.

account every visual aspect of your day, from
the venue entrance, ceremony and reception
décor to the cake, signage and flowers,
whatever you need, let me create and design
a stunning style to suit your personalities and
vision.

Pick ‘n’ Mix
AD HOC WEDDING
ASSISTANCE
You’ve, so far, planned bits and bobs of your
wedding – perhaps you’ve bought your dress
but can’t find the perfect florist to match your
wedding day style. Or maybe you just need
some advice about which questions to ask
certain suppliers, how to manage and stick
to your wedding budget or general etiquette
advice. If you need someone to help you make
DIY decorations, signs and props, please also get
in touch (I absolutely love creating and making
décor elements!)
The pick ‘n’ mix service is provided on an ad hoc
basis at your convenience for chosen weddingrelated tasks that you feel you need support
with.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:
•An initial face-to-face consultation to get to
know you both, your story, likes/dislikes and
what you need help with in terms of your
wedding plans
•Report and ideas on specified elements of your
wedding for which you require some assistance
•An hourly service that can be used at your
convenience

(10 hour bundle is £400)
PRICE
PICK ‘N’ MIX PARTY PACKAGE
This package is the same as above but applies to private events, such as birthday parties, anniversaries,
baby showers and similar occasions. You may need help with specific elements of your event, like
finding suppliers, shopping or hire recommendations, making decorations, questions to ask suppliers
and other, similar aspects.
