I, ________________________, have read the
course syllabus and understand the requirements
and expectations. I will aid my child and the HHS
dance department in having a successful
experience. I understand this course has a dress
code and that participation and performance are a
vital part of the course. I understand how the
course will be graded. I understand that lost items
in the studio are not the responsibility of the
school. Finally, I understand that this is a
‘physical’ course that requires my child to dance.
