OEM TESTED AND APPROVED FOR SINGLE PLY TRACKS ONLY. Woody's Grand Master™ with a larger 1.200 head provides a larger anchor
to distribute pressure over a wider area on the single ply track.The Grand Master™ is available in stud lengths of 1.075 with standard nuts and
the 1.325 and 1.450 with ALN2-4500 big nuts. 1.575 has the tall big nuts ALN2-7000 in the packages. Packaged in quantities of 12, 48, 84 and
504. You must use this stud if you have a single ply track. This stud cannot be used in a traditional 2 ply track. Contact your dealer to determine if
you have a single ply track.*2.52 pitch tracks must use the square aluminum large Digger® support plates. TORQUE SPEC--Grand Master studs
must be torqued to 20 ft. lbs. Woody's also has an Indexing Tool available to align Grand Digger™ support plates.

SNOCROSS COMPETITION STUD
TRIGGER STUD
Woody’s Trigger stud is the necessary ammunition for lake racers The
Trigger has a long and narrow profile providing you with unmatchable
penetration. Its 60o carbide tip, 5/16” shank and 15/16” head make it
durable enough for any lake conditions you find. Offered in 1.450” and
1.630” lengths. The overall installed heights are 1.70” & 1.88”. The
race stud is available in packages of 48 pieces that include Woody’s
aluminum Big Nuts. When using studs of these lengths it is essential
to have proper clearance and tunnel protection.
Competition use only.
The snowmobile manufacturers brought your a
taller lug track and Woody’s is right there with
them with a stud to fit. A 60o carbide tip and 5/16”
shank from high strength alloy steel are durable
enough for any track conditions you find. This
stud is available in 24 and 96 piece packages with
lock nuts. The RACE1860 is the correct length
for 1.750” lug tracks that came stock on 2006 and
2007 Ski-Doo, Polaris, and Arctic Cat snowmobiles.

DOUBLE DIGGER TM ALUMINUM SUPPORT PLATES
Woody’s introduces a new Double DiggerTM Aluminum Support
Plate. These plates feature a dual stud mounting configuration that
will give more stud rigidity with less weight than steel plates or two
single aluminum plates. They are available for use with 5/16” Traction
Master Push-Thru Studs. The mounting holes are spaced the same
as Bender Stud Mate plates. The dome of the Double Digger has
been increased to take complete advantage of Woody’s patented
dished head design on their famous Traction Master series studs.

BEARCAT TEMPLATE
• For Bearcats with a 2.52” pitch single-ply tracks - Must use Woody’s® Grand Master® studs and
Woody’s® Grand Digger® support plates. Using any other stud or support plate on the singleply track could cause damage to your track. If you don’t know the pitch of the track, contact your
snowmobile dealer.
• This template will accommodate 15” x 151” & 15”, 16”, 20” x 156” (381mm x 3835.4mm & 381, 406.4,
508mm x 3962.4mm) wide tracks. At the ends of each lug slot a portion of the template is outlined in
a black dotted line. To fit a 15” (381mm) wide track leave the dotted outlined area intact.
• To fit a 16” (406.4mm) wide track remove the gray shaded area. To fit a 20” (508mm) wide track
remove the black dotted outlined area. If the gray shaded area or black dotted outlined area has been
removed, the modified template should not be used on track widths less than the modified width.

13.5", 14" OR 15" X 128" TEMPLATE
• Woody's® new template is designed to provide studding patterns for 128"
snowmobile tracks in widths of 13.5", 14" and 15".
• Two patterns will accomodate 102 studs. One with 102 Single Digger® support
plates, the other using 51 Double Digger® support plates to develop a 102
stud pattern. A third pattern will allow you to install 153 studs using Single and
Double Digger® support plates. All patterns are for the center belt.
• The modification needed to accomodate either the 13.5”, 14” or a 15” wide
track will not change the scratch lines.

other tracks. This template will fit 15" x 141" tracks with patterns for 94 and 141 Grand Master
™ studs and the larger square or round support plate that fits the 1.200" Grand Master™ head.
• This stud pattern will fit a 15" x 141" single ply track. The 94 stud pattern will require 94 Grand

• This template has patterns for single ply tracks with a 2.86 pitch and should not be used
on any other tracks. This template will fit 15" x 120 and 15" x 137" tracks. Patterns for the
15" x 120" tracks are for 84 single Grand Master™ studs and a 126 Grand Master ™ stud
pattern for singles and double Grand Digger®support plates that fits the 1.200" Grand
Master™ head. The 15" x 137" tracks has patterns for 96 single Grand Master studs and
144 Grand Master™ studs with a single and double pattern. The 2.86 pitch track can use
the round and square single Grand Digger support plate. A pitch is the space between
two lugs
• 84 Stud Pattern for Single Ply 15" x 120" -2.86 This stud pattern will fit 15" x 120" single
ply tracks. The 84 stud pattern will require 84 Grand Master™ studs.
• 126 Stud Pattern for Single Ply 15" x 120" -2.86-Doubles and Singles This stud pattern will
fit a 15" x 120" single ply tracks. The 126 stud pattern will require 42 Single and 42 Double
Grand Master™ support plates.
• 96 Stud Pattern for Single Ply 15" x 137" -2.86 This stud pattern will fit 15" x 137" single
ply tracks. The 96 stud pattern will require 96 Grand Master ™ studs.
• 144 Stud Pattern for Single Ply 15" x 137" -2.86 This stud pattern will fit a 15" x 137" single
ply track. The 144 stud pattern will require 48 single and 48 double Grand Master™ studs.
