Important MRA Updates:
Coats, Lunch Boxes, Boots, And More!
Please remember to put your students name in their belongings, especially those items that don’t stay on them or with them all day
such as lunch boxes, jackets, sweatshirts, and spare shoes. And please make sure to check items when they come home. Several
people have reported missing coats and lunch boxes that do have a name written on them.
Driveway
Many thanks to the Burgi’s and the Robinson’s for getting our driveway back under control!
Boosters Valentine Carnival Dance
The Boosters will be hosting a Valentine Carnival Dance on Friday, February 19th. The event will be held in the Wild Woods gym
and will include a DJ, food, beverages, and a wide variety of fun activities. Any money raised will go directly back to the Boosters.

MRA Auction
Dessert
Attention bakers!!
We need desserts for the dessert auction that will take place after dinner at our big auction on April 16. Get out your
favorite cookbooks and find that perfect recipe that will show off your baking talent. Or if you don't quite have the time,
reach out to your favorite bakery and kindly ask for a donated dessert. Lastly, you're welcome to purchase a dessert to
donate as well. We need at least 35 desserts that will each feed at least 8 people. Desserts will either need to be dropped
off at the school on Friday, April 15 or brought straight to the auction site (preferred) on Saturday, April 16. Please contact Sarah Susbauer if you have any questions @ [email protected].
Class Baskets:
Please remember to donate to your class basket! Class baskets only make up a small number of auction items. We typically have around 200 silent auction items along with about 25 live auction items.
Our Vision Is: Successful graduates with the knowledge and confidence to pursue their dreams and enrich the community.
Procurement:
Many of you are asking great questions about procurement. Attached is an updated list of businesses already
approached. If you don’t see a business on the list, feel free to reach out to them for a donation. If they donate
attach the receipt (in the memo) with their donation and either turn it into your classroom basket or into the
school office. If they didn’t donate please complete the Procurement Request form (attached) and put it into the
basket or the office. You can also email Angie Brandenburg at [email protected] and she can enter your
information into our main procurement spreadsheet.

VIP Tables:
This year we plan to have two VIP tables open for bidding. Bidding will open in February. More to come!
MRA Free and Reduced Lunch
If you qualify for free and reduced lunch please remember to get your orders in to the office by the deadline. We have noticed
that several of the families who qualify are not getting orders in and their kids are missing out on the lunch program. If you have
any questions or we can help in any way please email Jessie Clark at [email protected].
If you do qualify and are ordering lunches, please do your best to get your student to school or pick up their lunch that afternoon
or the next day. MRA does not get reimbursed for free and reduced lunches that don’t get distributed. Consequently, our lunch
program could prove unsuccessful if we find that we are losing money.
Thank you for your help in keeping this program at MRA.
Parking
Just a gentle reminder to park to the east of the gymnasium. The ground is very wet right now and our septic lines run all the way
from the modular to the back fence. If you are west of they gym or fire pit you are on our lines. Pass this on to anyone who may
be picking up your children. Thanks.
