KFG and NMA announce for an international economic exploitation for mineral
Separation, Processing and industrial manufacturing of black sands in KFG (El
Burullus) including (Eliminate, Rutile, Zircon, Magnetite, Garnet and Monazite)
An Updated Comprehensive feasibility study (CFS) undertaken by an international
specialists firm (Mineral Technologies Australia) has proved that this project is highly
economical attractive according to international mining classifications.
The Feasibility study confirmed the viability of proven mineral reserves estimated at
285 million tons of black and with an average 3.28% of the heavy minerals, in addition
to future extensions of the ores.
Terms of reference (TOR) can obtained in Arabic attached with a summary of the CFS
against a value of 5000 (Five thousand US dollars or its equivalent) ether from the
headquarter of the governorate of kafr el sheikh.
The Bidders are committed to provide, a temporary L/C of a value of (one million L.E)
will be increased to a value of (two million L.E) when the bidder is qualified.
The international economic exploration will be executed for qualified bidders according
to the rules of announcement and offers will be evaluated in points with two envelopes (
technical and financial ) submitted to Kafr El Sheikh governorate headquarter ( KFG)
the temporary L/C will be attached into the technical envelope.
Prospective bidders individual or consortium can get a complete electronic copy of the
feasibility study and database information form ( NMA) according to rules in force
against a value of ( 50.000 $ ).
The dead time for submitting the qualification documents will be on Sunday 6/7/2014 at
12 Pm.
Primary Insurance: Five thousand U.S dollars or its equivalent
