Want to live in well-connected Romford but
struggling to afford a home of your own?
Estuary Housing’s new development, Roneo Corner,
gives you an excellent opportunity to invest in your
own place and live in a great location.
AFFORDABLE
HOME OWNERSHIP
All 93 of Roneo Corner’s one, two and threebedroom apartments are priced to offer
great value, and 37 of them are available

a share in your apartment now, and rent the
percentage you don’t own from us. You can
then choose to buy more shares in your
apartment as you can afford it.

10 minutes from the town centre
and train station, Roneo Corner
is in a great position for enjoying
all Romford has to offer. And for

oughtfully designed with stylish
architecture and smart interiors,
