THE NORTH FACE® WARRANTY
WARRANTY
THE NORTH FACE® Warranty
THE NORTH FACE® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two years.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, or credit it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the
natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty can be repaired for a
reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, the consumer must return the product to the THE NORTH FACE® dealer where he purchased the product with
the original purchase receipt.
Then the authorised dealer will return the product directly to THE NORTH FACE® Warranty Department.
Requested form has to be filled in and upon it warranty authorization number will be sent. Assigned warranty authorization number must
be attached to all cartons of the returned shipments. Products not clean enough to work on will be refused. This warranty gives specific
legal rights; it does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer and which may vary from country to country.
This warranty policy supercedes all previous warranty policies.

THE NORTH FACE® RETURNED GOODS POLICY
THE NORTH FACE® will accept returned merchandise only if an authorized THE NORTH FACE® Representative approves the return in
advance of shipment. All approved returns will be assigned a Return Authorization Number by THE NORTH FACE® Dealer Services Dept.
Assigned Return Authorization Numbers must be attached to all cartons of the returned shipment. Return Authorization Numbers will
be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
The price to be credited on a return will be determined in the following manner:
If the product is current (prior and current season) and the dealer is able to refer to an original invoice for the purchase of the product,
the price on that invoice will be used.
If the product is not current, and the dealer is able to refer to an original invoice for the purchase of the product, the price on that
invoice can be used, depending on the age of the inventory.
If the dealer is unable to provide proof of purchase by means of an original invoice, the lowest price paid by the dealer over the last
twelve months will be used for the credit on the return.
Only current inventory items in original packaging with all hang tags intact will be accepted. Soiled and/or damaged merchandise
will be rejected and returned to the dealer. Merchandise received with dealer tickets will be assessed a re-ticketing charge of 15%
goods value. Unauthorized return will either be refused or, at the discretion of THE NORTH FACE®, accepted and assessed a processing
charge of 15% goods value.
