MetaSole MetaSole can be used with trapezoidal sheet Aluminium or steel profiles with a thickness of 0.4 to 1.5mm and with a rib/crown width of 20 (min.) Pitched roof: MetaSole MetaSole MetaSole The special clamp bases of the MetaSole system are screwed directly onto the rib of the sheet and offers Waterproof mounting through EPDM rubber on the underside of the base clamp Height adjustable end and middle clamps are slid or clipped onto the clamp bases. These provide secure support for the PV module. MetaSole SRT Scotland installation of the now famous 48 Kwp Pyramid building at the survey Scotland HQ Edinburgh. MetaSole Direct Mounting on Metal Profile Roofs Easy mounting of PV modules on trapezoidal metal panels Usage in professional projects Low material usage for best costbenefit ratio Sheet thickness minimum 0.4 mm Logistic costs reduced due to smallsize and pre-assembled parts MetaSole System Advantages Universal mounting system with only 4 components Low storage costs due to small, light and variable components Optimized logistics, short-term dispatch to construction site possible Variable mounting system for module frame heights of 30 51mm Fastening on the roof using normal self-drilling screws, no pre-drilling and no drilling template required MetaSole FS10 FS10 East / West flat roof Concept FS10 FS10 FS10 Features: • • • • • East - West concept 10o inclination Exceptionally low ballast requirement Minimum components Fast installation time – due to 4 key components ConSole+ ConSole+ Flat Roof Applications ConSole+ The ConSole+ is a mounting system developed for flat roofs with low bearing Capacities and can be used For ground mount applications. It has all the benfits of the consule product series but comes preset at an angle of 15o for minimum distance between rows. With the optional streamliner wind deflector the ConSole+ uses up to 50% less ballast in large PVfields, making it an excellent choice for flat roofs and ground mount applications. ConSole+ The ConSole is placed on the roof structure or at ground level and is weighed down using the respective ballast weight. Taken into account are: Height of building The location The local wind conditions State of the foundations Roof Area ConSole+ Below is a typical layout of the ConSole used on a flat roof. Consoles which are in the corner and edge zones are exposed, the others are shielded. The exposed (grey) consoles have a greater ballast load than the shielded consoles. ConSole+ System Components The U profile fits to the whole spacing of the module. This is then connected to the ConSole. Flat roof: ConSole+ Leading product for flat roof mounting of modules ConSole+ 4 simple steps to mounting: The ConSole unit is placed in position and the calculated required amount of ballast is added. ConSole+ 4 simple steps to mounting: The aluminum profiles are bolted to the holes at the rear of the module . Finally, the self-drilling fixing is attached to the edge of the ConSole unit. ConSole+ ConSole+ Advantages ConSole+ Preset 15o angle (minimum distance between rows) Cost effective on roof or ground mount solution Very low ballasting Optional streamliner +(wind deflector) for ballast reduction on the roof edge Speedy installation time (minimum fastenings required) TriSole TriSole The TriSole system is ideal for installing solar systems on flat roofs, Groundmounting, Corrugated and Trapezoidal sheet or for mounting over-sized framed PV modules. The TriSole triangular mounting system can be mounted at different elevation angles on flat roofs of both old and new buidlings. The system is fastened and /or secured with screw Mounts or ballasting, depending on local conditions. TriSole Configuration TriSole Product Overview Existing product line TriSole with 20-30° variable angle and adjustable frame height Product extension Now available 8°, 10° -15°, 20° -30°, 35° -45° TriSole TriSole TriSole Advantages Speedy installation time (minimum fastenings required) Minimum components Universal end and middle clamps used with MetaSole , VarioSole and InterSole SE Aesthetically pleasing S Clamp: Standing Seam Mounting Solution S Clamp Standing Seam Mounting Solution S Clamp Traditionally clamps are placed directly from the standing seam to the module. However you are limited with this format and clamping dictates the layout of the PV field. By using a rail system you can overcome this obstacle and have more scope to plan a PV field. S Clamp Standing Seam Mounting Solution S Clamp for all standing seam classic profiles for Bemo, Kalzip and Plannja. S Clamp: Standing Seam Mounting Solution System Advantages Shared platform technology with Variosole, Trisole, Intersole and Renosul Universal Mounting brackets. Minimum components Fast installation time Light weight system System can be mounted vertically and horizontally Superior fixing hold against extreme wind speeds Approved for use with Kalzip, Bemo, & Plannja.
