Why is it important to attend the meeting
with the land surveying firm?
You must attend the meeting in order to examine and make comments on the new cadastral plan showing
your property before it becomes official.
Help make sure your property is correctly shown on the plan.
If your property is not shown correctly on the cadastral plan, you could experience delays or
other inconvenience during construction work or renovation or when you sell your property.

How to prepare for the meeting with
the land surveying firm?
The place and time of the meeting, and a list of the documents you should bring with you, are indicated
in the enclosed letter. The representatives of the land surveying firm will be at the meeting to present
the results of their work.
At the meeting, you will have an opportunity to give your opinion
on how your property is shown on the new cadastral plan.
