Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas is slated to open this summer and will provide families and movie

In addition to enjoying a unique movie experience, Del Mar Highlands Town Center customers will
have a variety of restaurants to choose from to continue their evening out including:
Burlap – The latest concept from Top Chef alum Brian
Malarkey and James Brennan, the menu will feature
“Asian Cowboy” cuisine – a blend of meats and seafood
with bold Asian flavors.
Mia Francesca and Davanti Enoteca – Famous Chicago
chef Scott Harris’ two concepts have something for
everyone – Mia Francesca will feature classic Italian
entrees made from locally sourced ingredients in an
intimate dining room setting while Davanti Enoteca
will highlight tapas and wine pairings in a relaxed
atmosphere.
Rimel’s Rotisserie – A favorite in Cardiff and La Jolla
making its debut at the shopping center, Rimel’s features
locally sourced meats, sustainable seafood and local
produce.
Tavérna Blu – The proprieter who launched Daphne’s
Greek Cafe has opened his first restaurant featuring
Greek classics infused with American cusine. This casual
and upbeat neighborhood Mediterranean bistro offers
an affordable, fresh, unique menu with a fun and social
atmosphere.
Urban Plates – A casual dine-in or take-out restaurant,
Urban Plates will feature hand-carved meats, poultry,
seafood, soups and salads.
The Counter – The newly-opened “Build Your
Own Burger” eatery serves over 300,000 possible
combinations of proteins, cheese, toppings and sauces.

Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza – A long-time neighborhood favorite, the
restaurant is currently making way for a new large outdoor patio. Open
amidst its facelift, the new Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza will offer a full bar and
cocktail menu – a first for the restaurant in California.
Champagne French Bakery Cafe – Serving
traditional French cuisine since 1987,
Champagne French Bakery Cafe offers
customers an authentic yet cozy feeling
of dining in a café in France. Currently
undergoing a renovation of its own, the
restaurant continues to please with its
breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert delights!
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers – YUM! Red Robin delivers a casual
dining atmosphere with an imaginative selection of appetizers,
salads, sandwiches and what they are best known for – burgers.
Sushi Ya – The sushi hotspot selects high quality ingredients
from around the world. Stop by to enjoy their featured dish
of the day or sushi favorites like their spicy albacore roll.
