Switzerland’s central location in the heart
of Europe makes it easily accessible (within
a few hour’s travelling time) from all major
European cities. Many international airlines
fly to Zurich, Geneva and Basle; from Zurich
and Geneva Airports, some rail services offer
direct trains to Interlaken. Direct ICE train services operate from Berlin. Guests from outside Switzerland can also reach Interlaken via
Munich Airport (Germany) and Milan-Malpensa (Italy). From Munich, Lufthansa operates
direct flights to Berne Airport (only 45 minutes
by road from Interlaken). Berne Airport is also
served by direct flights from London City and
other destinations.

Business Centre
From Monday to Friday, we offer a wide range of secretariat services (for which we invoice depending on
the time and work involved). A well-equipped Business
Centre is also at your service, complete with computers, standard software programs, Internet connection, printers, modem cables and adapters.
Wireless LAN – high speed Internet
Our world (and the business world in particular) is
becoming more and more mobile. So fast and easy
access to the Internet and company networks is
becoming increasingly important. At the VICTORIAJUNGFRAU, for your laptop or pocket PC, we provide
cable-free access to the Internet, e-mail services and,
if applicable, to your company network – wherever you
are throughout the hotel.
For guests resident in Switzerland, the costs incurred
will be invoiced in detail on your Swisscom bill. Guests
resident outside Switzerland are required to purchase
a stored Value Card. You are also able to log-in using
your mobile phone and credit card.
Electrical connection
The electrical current is 220 volts. Adapters or transformers are available from our concierge.
Congress technician
In addition to our professional congress team, a technician is at your service. You may leave all the technical
planning and arrangements to us. During the event itself, we shall be happy to assist you (charge depending
on time involved).
Technical
The VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU offers event organizers
a wide range of technical aids and equipment. Their
preparation, assembly and dismantling are included in
the rental price.
Entertainment
Attractive accordion music during your aperitif? Classical music to accompany your dinner? Or perhaps
swinging sounds at buffet time, folk music for a theme
evening, a dance orchestra or DJ? From musicians and
magicians to singers, comedians and dancers, virtually
any kind of entertainment can be organized for your
special event. Our events team and entertainment partners are at your service.
Transfers
Interlaken is easy to reach from major cities and
centres. We shall be happy to provide a transfer service
for your guests to and from the hotel by rail, coach
or chauffeur-driven limousine. Upon request, we can
even transform your transfer to the hotel into an attractive “extra”.

Transfers
If you are travelling by train, we shall be
happy to provide a transfer service from the
railway station of either Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West (for which we make a charge).
Our concierge is at your service for arrival information and details of transfers to and from
the hotel – for example, with our Rolls Royce
Phantom V.
Parking
Underground parking facilities are available
for private or hire cars (a fee will be charged).
