I am a fully qualified REP’s registered (Register of Exercise Professionals), Personal Trainer. Offering a range
Of fitness experiences that you will never forget, whether you are looking to lose a few pounds for the big day, a fun
Bootcamp to test the Hen’s against the Stag’s or a Bootcamp for either party. You’ll find Mark motivates you,
inspires you, or just get’s you wet and muddy. No high tech rubbish, cheap, friendly and always professionally
dedicated to your fitness and fun………….
MARK
Start your stag and hen party with a difference, a 90 minute battle between the Stags and Hens Bootcamp style. With
team games and races such as dodgeball, tyre flipping, piggy-back races and centipede. Half-way through I’ll supply
a hot drink to warm your cockles, then next its time for more serious games like teamed circuit exercises against
the clock, or try a fireman’s carry time trial. Oh and the losers always get a nice surprise, warning you may get wet!
At the end of Bootcamp the winning Stag or Hen gets an “I smashed the stag” or “I slapped the hen” t-shirt, bragging
rights will forever be declared!
There is also a Bootcamp set out in exactly the same format available for either parties to go it alone!
Maybe you just want to fit in that special dress you’ve seen? Or simply look a million pounds in the wedding
photo’s?
My individually tailored personal training deals are the cheapest and best around, for either the Bride or
Groom. I offer either more cardio-vascular aimed training deals to get you lean and sexy, or more muscular
focused training for a more pumped look in the wedding photo’s.
