SEASONAL FLAVOURS
Since 2006, Murray’s Craft Brewing Co has been brewing incredible, quirky and sometimes just plain
weird naturally-crafted fine ales. From humble beginnings at Taylors Arm (population 50) on the NSW
North Coast, we relocated our Brewery to Port Stephens in 2009 and have since opened a Sydney venue,
Murray’s Brewery Bar at Manly Beach. Today our beer is available nationally; 8 of our beers are included in The Critics Choice Top 100 Beers
list (making us the east coast’s top brewer); and we’ve just been recognised as
Australia’s Brewer of the Year.
A Murray’s craft beer is brewed incredibly slowly. They are conditioned a lot longer than your average
beer. We don’t artificially carbonate our bottled beers, nor use sugar to cut costs – so bye-bye beer gut.
Our beers are 100% natural, a fact you may no doubt appreciate tomorrow morning. We create new
brews all the time to perpetually offer our fans something out of the ordinary.
