Seemingly what Joy Wallen does is dowse out a person's
frequencies inherent to them specifically. Then good old Joy
just bellows out the needed tones as it were, with her large
commanding VOICE. LIKE LOUD, and most healing of course.

One Week before Thanksgiving.
Tough legacy though: Just 100 years ago; The civilized West had a doozy of a WAR!
Did our extra best killing each other off. The booming Guns of August, the Battle of the
Frontiers; we have not yet recovered. Our leaders are at it again; perennial warmongers,
NeoCons for Israel, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, even
"Humanitarian Bombing" Samantha Power and her "Responsibility to Protect" (the
children no doubt). But these are just temporary politicians; soon the roster will renew
itself with fresh actors to play the same parts over again.
But Wait! That guns of August stuff was all so 1914...
By now it's
turned into Halloween all around the clock. November 1915; for a real full year of flat
out WAR! Wow. Now, settled down into a slugfest. A dead short circuit internally within
the Culture of The West. Bright Sparks and Snap, Crackle and Pop! went all of the
industrial output of Empires... And it was an "outdoor game" too with Cold Wet Soldiers,
miserable mostly.
Every single day (and night): Pure Halloween.
Lots of young men,
on all sides, lost lots of testicles by the millions of strongest, bravest,
most "heart" and "playing fields of Eton" and all that. Resulting loss of breeding
power meant enfeeblement of Race; because remainders tended to be nearsighted,
bad hearts, weak constitution types (and Homo). A percentage of the young male
population unfit for service... "4-F" was the desired get out of jail free card for the draft
dodgers of Vietnam, (I certainly tried to be one of those). Yes, a dead short circuit of the Whole
Western Civilization. Maximum "Drink the Kool Aid" on all sides. Certainly a Civil
War (not a rebellion); or more precisely a war for supremacy in "bossing the whole" , which
England had been, but which Germany was becoming. Power struggle to be the "Boss".
After all sides had bloody worn themselves out, America just walked in and picked up
pieces laying all around. First: the "Great War"; then rinse and repeat as Europe (The
West) was at it again: England insisted on remaining "Number One" while it was
becoming obvious that Germany was such a growing economic engine giant.
Thinking themselves smart for so winning those two Great Wars (actually one war), the
Americans really went to town. And now "Boss" of the entire planet and you better
believe it. And that's the news for the 100th Year Analversary for the start of the 30 year
Great War; November 1915. (Reason America won is America stayed out; now that changes for the worse.
America can only lose now, no other long term option; except get out and stay out: No more "Policeman of the World")

No need to mention a pesky and lingering UFO presence that popped up like an infected pimple in 1945. No need to say
much of anything though, since those persistent UFOs appear to be mostly silent anyway, the Flying Saucers that is.
But sometimes they appear to make noise; or so it seems, in the ethereal world of Ufology. All this UFO stuff must imply a
sense of unease somewhere within sanctuaries of power; more better described as a sense of "Unfinished Business".
Within sanctuaries of American power, British, German, Russian etc; within these military, security establishments: Within
them and amongst their inner colleagues, there does exist a collective "best estimate" of the UFO situation. This collective
"best estimate" or the various contending explanations, theories; they all have some sort of closure or "Cloture?" in
mind. Perhaps controlled; or perhaps continue kicking the can down the road along with Audit the Fed and all that. Some
sort of way to "get used to it". Some sort of way for the powers that be to "Fess Up"; Some "Mansplaining" to do...

and some new stuff. Years since I've been to one of these things, much less two of them,
held adjacent in the same hotel: concurrently and interchanging. That's the way to do it !

table set up in the very middle of the room, with chairs thoughtfully pulled up for guys
like me to loiter as a "home station" for such a big Conference. That way got to visit with

Nothing wrong with some of us writing an article about "Wisdom Quest" and submitting
to FATE Magazine... Phyllis Galde would do very well being a WQ Speaker!
And Oh Yes,
I went to my second "HomeComing" Conference held way down in
Virginia, about 40 miles West of Charlottesville VA, well up into the Blue Ridge
Mountains, overlooking Rockfish Gap. This was the "Walter Russell" HomeComing
Conference at "Swannanoa" in honor of Walter Russell and his young Hottie wife, Lao.
Walter Russell had been a successful commercial artist in New York City doing portraits,
some architecture, and sculpture busts of people like Tom Edison and Mark Twain,
even Franklin Roosevelt. In the middle of his artist career at age 49 in 1921, Walter
Russell had his "great illumination" lasting nearly 39 days. He had a history of
"illuminations" before, but nothing like this. The short description: Walter Russell
became quite the scientist after these illuminations. A scientist who seemed to tune into
Nature directly, or the Creator, if you will. A little bit like Viktor Schauberger in this
regard. Russell then applied his newly gained science-physics knowledge to a prolific
outpouring of "New Age Science" books, paintings , drawings, diagrams, and lectures.
What a good team was Walter Russell with his much younger attractive wife Daisy
Stebbin. They set up Honeymoon housekeeping in a lovely old country getaway mansion
named "Swannanoa". (An elaborate, large Italian marble hilltop mansion built by this Confederate soldier boy, James
Dooley, who right after the Civil War, got good at rebuilding Southern Railroads! Got so good at it that by 1912 he could
afford a ton of money building this Summer Villa to escape the sticky hot humid Summer heat of Richmond. Heck, he also had
another mansion right there in Richmond called: "Maymont", where James Dooley also lavished upon his beloved wife, Sallie)
Daisy Stebbin married Walter Russell and changed both her names upon marriage to
Walter. She changed from Daisy to Lao (after Chinese Sage, Lao Tzu). Thus Daisy Cook
Stebbin became Lao Russell and "Herstory" was born. So, this Artist turned Scientist
now had a young (also "illumined") wife and they both really went to town, together of course.
Seemingly: One plus One in Love, with a common group head (Mind) and loving Heart
yielded a multiplication principle of 9, nine! One Heart together gets you nine! This
means that Man and Woman, in Love and Mind, with single purpose, are as nine to one!
And that must be the "Power Multiplication Principle" so eagerly sought by Free Energy
Builders all over the place... So, I did The Walter Russell Conference at Swannanoa, Sept.
2015. (Heck, I even spoke there this time: "Electrifying Power: Man-Woman Balance")

From contacts made during the busy show season just described; Both Wil
Spencer and Mr Charlles Bohdy, from Sheffield Village Ohio, will speak
early in 2016; depending upon Winter Blizzards of course. As a general
rule, if a huge Blizzard, then no Wisdom Quest; especially if all the lines
are down and Cell Phone Towers frozen.

However, maintaining Vibrant Health is relatively simple. There are only a few components necessary; fresh air
