How E-Statements Work
Your periodic electronic statement will be available through our Home
Banking System.
Hardware and Software requirements are as follows: Personal Computer,
Internet Service Provider and Adobe PDF Reader. Free downloads for Adobe
Acrobat Reader are provided.
E-statement Application and Consent Form: By applying for E-statements, I
authorize Malheur Federal Credit Union to set up my account to receive
electronic periodic statements and marketing materials, I agree and understand
the following:

E-Statements
About E-Statements
E-Statements are the online version of your paper
statements. You can view your E-Statements online,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Sign up today to get the safe, convenient, less cluttered,
enviornmentally friendly, awesome way of viewing
your monthly statements, FREE!
In order to receive E-Statements you must be signed
up for our Internet Banking service. Once you sign
up, you will no longer receive a paper statement
in the mail. You will receive an email that says your
E-Statement is ready, and then you must sign on to
Internet Banking to view or print your E-Statement.
E-Statements Return More Money!
Remember, you’re an owner of the credit union.
Paper statements are an added expense for you and
all members. Savings from E-statements return more
money to members in the form of more services,
better rates, and lower fees!
This consent is to receive your regular periodic statements electronically as
well as other disclosures required by law, other notices, newsletters and
promotional materials sent from Malheur Federal Credit Union;
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive your periodic
statement on paper. You understand you will not receive a paper statement
in addition to electronic statements;
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive your periodic
statement electronically at no charge. Use your Home Banking access or
contact the credit union to cancel E-Statements.
Once logged in to online
banking, simply select
“E-Statement” on the menu.

• It is your responsibility to inform the credit union of changes to your email
address. You can change your email address in Home Banking, by calling
the credit union, in person or using the secure messaging system in Home
Banking. Never include confidential information in a standard email
message.
• If you want to receive a paper copy of your periodic statement, while you
are signed up for E-Statements, you may call the Malheur Federal Credit
Union at 541-889-3149. A fee of $1.00 per page will be assessed to your
account.
