Vorbereitungen:
• Akklimatisieren Sie DESIGNline CONNECT 24 h
in den zu verlegenden Räumen bei ≥ 18°C.
• Die Pakete nicht hochkant stellen,
sondern liegend auf der Erde lagern.
• Voraussetzung für ein gutes Verlegeergebnis ist ein
planebener Untergrund. Untergrundvorbereitung
nach DIN 18365.
• Die Entfernung alter Bodenbeläge ist zu empfehlen.
Please regard following installation instructions:
• DESIGNline CONNECT needs to be acclimatized:
The flooring shall be stored in the location where the floor is going to be
installed for at least 24 hours at ≥ 18°C.
• Please store the packages of DESIGNline CONNECT in a horizontal
position on the floor – do not store them in an upright position!
• The relevant standards shall be observed that apply for installing
resilient floorings in the countries involved, particularly in Germany
DIN 18365. Subfloors must always be level and clean.
• Old floorings of any kind must be removed beforehand.
DESIGNline CONNECT sollte in regelmäßigen Abständen gereinigt werden, wobei
sich Art & Umfang der Reinigung nach dem Einsatzgebiet und der Frequentierung
richten. Durch den Einsatz effektiver Sauberlaufzonen wird der Schmutzeintrag
deutlich reduziert und der Reinigungsaufwand entsprechend gesenkt.
Nach der Verlegung ist eine Bauschlussreinigung durchzuführen. Die Unterhaltsreinigung kann durch Fegen, Saugen oder Feuchtwischen erfolgen.

DESIGNline CONNECT must be cleaned regularly whereas the way and
effort of cleaning depend on the application and frequency of use.
Effective sole-cleaning zones should be incorporated in entrance areas
where dirt is carried in directly.
Make sure to perform a cleaning procedure after conclusion of building work.
The routine cleaning can be done by sweeping, vacuuming or damp wiping.
For regular cleaning we recommend PU cleaning agents. All stain-forming and
aggressive substances must be removed immediately.

Windmöller Flooring ermöglicht Ihnen eine einfache, schnelle und saubere
Verlegung der DESIGNline CONNECT Produkte.
Installation:
The patented, glueless CONNECT system of Windmöller Flooring
enables an easy, fast and clean installation of all DESIGNline CONNECT
products.
Step 1:
Legen Sie die erste Planke der ersten Reihe mit der Feder zur Wand zeigend im
Abstand von mindestens 5 mm zur Wand an und setzen alle weiteren Planken
daran an. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kopfverbindungen mit Nut und Feder
passgenau übereinander liegen. Verriegeln Sie diese per starkem
Daumendruck und per leichtem Schlag mit einem weißen Gummihammer.
Step 1:
Install the first plank with the tongue side pointing to the wall with a wall
space of at least 5 mm. Attach all further planks to this and make sure the
head joint with tongue and groove fit exactly on top of one another.
Lock them with strong pressure from the thumb and by hitting them lightly
with a white rubber hammer.

Hierfür setzten Sie eine halbe Fliese in die Längsnut der bereits liegenden Reihe
im Winkel von 30° an und senken diese mit leichtem Druck gegen die Vorreihe ab.
Use half a plank to start with the second row (at least 30cm). Put the tongue side of
the plank in an angle of 30° into the groove of the first row and lay the plank down.
LAGUNA wood und BACANA wood
Setzten Sie das Reststück der ersten Reihe (mind. 30 cm) in die Längsnut der
bereits liegenden Reihe im Winkel von 30° an und senken diese mit leichtem
Druck gegen die Vorreihe ab.

Use the rest of the plank of the first row (at least 30cm) to start with the
second row. Put the tongue side of the plank in an angle of 30° into the groove
of the first row and lay the plank down.
Step 3:
Die Stirnstöße legen Sie übereinander und verriegeln diese mit einem leichten
Schlag mit einem weißen Gummihammer. Die geschlossenen Planken sollten
nun planeben liegen.

Make sure the head joints with tongue and groove fit exactly on top of one
another, and lock them and by hitting them lightly with a white rubber
hammer. The planks should now be in a level and even position.
