These communication activities serve as the fuel for our operations. The BTL/Dealer Marketing Section is the foundation for setting us into motion. This section helps to create the proper support system for dealer centers and communication with our customers. The Dealer Center which is the face of our brand provides an environment focusing on the convenience of customers. Alongside Dealer Centers, through events and a variety of BTL activities, this section works towards increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty. Hyundai Motorstudio is the perfect example and result of collaboration among all sections. Our Hyundai Motorstudio opened on January 20 th, providing a place for customers to engage and participate in many of our marketing activities. Since its open we have been holding various cultural events for the Russian people such as painting exhibitions, lectures, music performances, etc. With its inspirational and unique construction concept, we hope to eventually make it a landmark in Moscow altogether.
