Our lightest weight, full-length zipper choice. 30%
lighter than our standard full-length zipper. Smaller/
lighter coils and tape, help eliminate zipper bulge by
easily conforming to your body. When the zipper pull
tab is in the down position it locks in place, preventing
your jersey from opening more than desired.

A sturdy micro denier Polyester fabric that provides
breathability and durability, while giving the garment a

allows these bands to provide exceptional support

now made from lighter-weight and more breathable
Coolmax fibers.
PIXEL
This highly reflective fabric provides an integrated
level of visibility and safety, without compromising
the performance of the jersey. Pixel is covered with
thousands of screen printed glass beads that illuminate
when struck by light, increasing visibility in low light or
nighttime rides. Pixel is only available on the pocket of
select jerseys.
FLAT SEAM (FS) CONSTRUCTION
The use of flatlock stitching that joins panels together.
Low profile FS seams stretch and conform to the body
to increase comfort, and reduce the chance of chaffing.

UPDATED
This comfortable jersey’s flat seams are available in
multiple thread colors to add an exciting element
to your design. The silicone gripper waist keeps the
bottom of the jersey in place, while our NEW Coolmax

Specifically designed for women’s shorts, the yoga
waistband is made of folded elastic-free fabric. The tall
waistband reduces pinching while providing flexibility,
comfort, and breathability.
SILICONE GRIPPER
An inch wide band of elastic with a continuous strip of a
raised, repeating Voler logo in Silicone. This low profile
gripper uses less stitching to provide reduced weight

on cool, windy rides. The tight weave of Vortex
Ripstop provides excellent wind protection and water

transparent Crystal material, this jacket is perfect for
days with intermittent rain. It is a great all-around jacket
