The sun shone, students and staff turned out in a wonderful array of fancy dress, and everybody enjoyed the day. The day is designed to be fun, but it does have a very serious purpose; to raise money for charity and to show our students that individually they can make a difference to the lives of others. Can I urge you to get your sons and daughters to collect their pledged sponsorship money and to return it to the Cash Office in school? This will enable us to pass on the money as quickly as possible to our nominated charities, so that they can benefit from your children’s efforts.
