Spartech Manufacturing is one of Canada’s leading providers of custom pneumaƟc,
electronic, electrical and hazardous locaƟon control panels and assemblies for the oil, gas,
communicaƟons and petrochemical industries. Spartech was formed in 1971 as a local
fabricator of compressor shutdown panels.
In a typical year, Spartech will execute 300 to 500 projects of various sizes. We support
non-union and union trades as required by our Customer and are vendor Ňexible for all
automaƟon packaging requirements.
Spartech provides the following:
80,000 Ō2 that can be uƟlized for fabricaƟon, storage, staging or warehousing.
Contracted oī-site faciliƟes that are available for large or special-requirement projects,
joint with sub-vendors, ie Remote Instrument Buildings.
• Specialized engraving and welding shops.
Small projects typically require fast deliveries. Our ApplicaƟon Specialists oīer the
knowledge and experience to source the right material and/or recommend alternaƟves.

Staging
•
Currently the staging area and faciliƟes available include over 10,000 Ō2 of open dividable space. This includes
secure oĸce/meeƟng area. The cabinet layout will determine the space required for staging. The cosƟng and
charges will be adjusted accordingly to actual requirements.
•
The staging area can provide suĸcient electrical power for all equipment under test to be energized. Both
24VDC and 120 VAC, 60 Hz power as a standard. Adequate building grounding will also be in place.
•
AddiƟonal power requirements can be made available. Excessive power requirements for panel tesƟng are to
be discussed with the project manager at Ɵme of order.
•
Customer supplied cabinets and equipment will require a power requirement schedule.
•
Custom-sized areas can also be made available for the client, which would be determined prior to proposal. Any
deviaƟons shall be idenƟĮed and Ňagged with all opƟons and/or opportuniƟes idenƟĮed in a separate secƟon
Ɵtled “OpƟons and DeviaƟons.” Prices will be detailed in a clear and concise manner so equipment addiƟons or
deleƟons can be made without a total requote.
