Job description:
? Establishing and growing a comprehensive Captive-Management for all lines of business and
segments
for HDI-Gerling Industrie
Versicherung AG, locally in Germany and internationally
? Management and controlling of industrial fronting- or reinsurance business associated with
captives
? Creating and implementing captive services as well as innovative captive solutions
? Coordination of the interaction between the divisions and business lines and between head
office and decentralized units at home and internationally, both contractual and claims
? Management and continuous improvement of cooperation with regard to captive
management, both between the responsible (internal) sites within the insurance and
reinsurance sector of the Talanx Group and with our (external) Business partners
? Development of contractual and commercial standards of quality and safety measures (both
for new captive solutions and portfolio)
? Providing consultancy and support to internal units and interfaces, creating
recommendations for activities and work instructions as well as conduction of training
