We take this opportunity to share with you the details of the teachers who will be handling your ward's classes and a few important points as stated under. Students should arrive 5 minutes prior to the school bell. School gates will close sharp at 8.30 a.m. Late comers (beyond 8.30 a.m) will be sent back home. 2. Wear clean, neatly ironed school uniform. 3. Set examples by speaking of discipline in students where they are respectful towards all teachers and follow school rules 4. On receipt of the handbook students are to carry the student handbook to school every day. We encourage communication between parent and teachers / Principal through handbook. No verbal requests will be entertained. Parents are requested to check the ward's class work and home work details and acknowledge the remarks if any, written by the teacher. 5. Bring only the books in the order of the day. They should not carry any electronic gadgets without the permission of the teacher / Principal. 6. Attend all coaching / special classes / Special assemblies organized by the school. 7. Bring all the requirements for the day (textbooks, notebooks, lunch bag etc) with them. School will not be responsible to send it to the class if it is brought by the parent later. 8. Students who are irregular in completing the class work or homework will be required to stay back in school and complete the work after school hours. The same will be intimated through prior communication made through students handbooks. Parents will have to make their own arrangements to pick up their wards in such cases on those days. 9. The Notebooks and the textbooks have to be neatly covered, labelled and maintained as directed by the teachers. 10. The School follows CBSE, CCE Evaluation pattern. Academic year's evaluation is based on Formative and Summative assessments. Each classwork / homework activity of the class will have weight-age and it is very important for the student to consider each assignment whether set for home or class , sincerely. Concerned teachers will share the complete guidelines on the evaluation system with the students Parents are their child's first teachers and we consider ourselves a part of the family, as we mould the learners and build their future on a strong home-school partnership.
