Narasimha Swamy, an incarnation Lord Vishnu It is situated on a hillock in the Nalgonda district,
Telangana. Lord Narasimha is also known as Yadagiri, hence the name Yadagirigutta. The Scope of this
Service is to provide the Room Booking to the citizen without approaching to the Temple.

Apply for SRI LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY ROOM BOOKING:
This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for SRI
LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY ROOM BOOKING.
1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Endowment Department services as
depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select SRI LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY ROOM BOOKING Service in Endowment

3) Now SRI LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY ROOM BOOKING Details Screen will be displayed as
depicted I in Figure3

4) Enter all the details such as Room Type and Check in Date, No of Days and Click on Search Rooms
as depicted in Figure 4.

5) Now SRI LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY ROOM Details Screen will be displayed as depicted I in
Figure

6) Now Click on Check Availability and It Displays another Screen with Availability Details as depicted
in Figure 6.

7) Now Click on Book Button and It Displays another Screen with Devotee Details, Applicant Details,
Document Details as depicted I in Figure 7.

8) Enter all the Devotee details and Devotee Address such as Devotee Details (Devotee Name, Proof
Document, Proof Document No, Gothram, Nakshathram, Gender, Age, Mobile No and Email Id )
Devotee Address (House No.Street/Location, Country, State, District, Mandal, Village, Pincode) as
depicted in Figure 8.
Note: - Here we can also fill Devotee details with the help of Aadhaar number.
Here we can also enter Devotee Address if devote is other than Telangana State.

9) Enter Applicant details and Upload Documents such as Applicant Name and Applicant Relationship
with Devotee and Upload Application Form and ID Proof, Seva Amount and User charges will be
displayed as depicted in figure 9.
Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the SRI LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY
ROOMBOOKING request service page scan the documents and upload into the system, as depicted in
Figure 9.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in otherwise request will not be accepted by the system.
10) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in
figure

Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not
accept the request.
Acceptance (Once checks the acceptance button then only confirms payment will possible)
1. SRI LAXMI NARASIMHA SWAMY Devastanam has the right to cancel/reschedule the seva
without any prior notice.
2. I accept that the Seva amount once paid is not refundable / transferable under any circumstances.
11) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure. The receipt will
contain the date and Reporting time.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for SRI LAXMI
NARASIMHA SWAMY ROOM BOOKING Application has been entered vide Application Number,
Transaction Id.

The Devotee should carry the receipt to the Temple counter.
In temple Counter, The Temple operator will verify the Receipt and the proof document print the
Admission pass and hand over to the devotee.
Finally the Temple operator will allow Devotee for the applied Room.
Note: - The Admission pass is cannot to be transferred to other Devotee
