million tons of potatoes each year into

Logistics are our backbone. Being a
specialist in chilled food and having the
widest range calls for a focus on logistics
and an excellent IT system. In addition to
our European network, we have developed
a state-of-the-art logistical network for our
overseas operations.

Honest food, no fat
Today’s consumers value good and honest
food. Healthy living is a strong driver
when it comes to food choices. At Aviko
we offer a range of products consisting of
100% potato, with no fat. For today’s Cook
& Chill or modern regeneration kitchen
we offer a wide range of no-fat products,
classics and more innovative product. All
of these options save you time-consuming
preparation such as washing, peeling,
cooking and cooling, all backed-up by the
Aviko consistent quality assurance.
Nutritionally balanced
We offer two categories of high-quality, fresh,
natural potatoes with no artificial flavourings
or colourings. Our pasteurised potatoes
keep longer, while our unique range of Steam
& Fresh potatoes offer a truly healthy option,
as we have pioneered wholesome steam
cooking on an industrial scale. Both products
are full of fibre.
Healthy oils
At Aviko we are committed to using
healthy vegetable oils. We choose oils
which are high in unsaturated fatty acids
and are switching to sunflower oil for more
and more products.

of occasion that Aviko is at its best.
Delicious dishes
For example, there are our creamy gratins.
This authentic French classic, based on potato
slices and a creamy sauce, can be served
as a starter, for lunch, as a vegetarian side
dish, or at dinner. Thanks to the beautifully
balanced mix of ingredients, the potatoes
and vegetables have a delicious natural taste
in this high-end range which has been preportioned for convenience and offers a long
holding time.
The gourmet chef
We have some speciality gourmet products
which are unique to Aviko, such as our
North Sea shrimp croquettes, a typical
Belgian delicacy.
Premium Fries
Super Mash
Good mash can make a dish, but if you are
pressed for time in the kitchen your mash can
sometimes let you down. Not with Aviko’s
range of delicious Super Mash. Prepared in
the traditional way with fresh butter and milk
and then quick-frozen in handy, easy-to-use
individual cubes, to help with all-important
portion control and minimize waste.
Fries offer pure enjoyment. Our top lines,
such as Super Longs and Super Crunch,
exemplify what people want when it comes
to fries: great taste, fantastic length and
superb crispiness with consistent colour.
Take our Super Crunch for example: 50%
longer holding time, contains only 5% fat,
saves 65% on oil, reduces waste and can be
prepared in the oven (3.8% fat) or deepfried.

potato options
You could choose chilled pre-cooked
potatoes or chilled pre-fried products such
as our highly successful steakhouse pommes
frites. Then there is a wide range of classic
deep frozen French Fries to accompany
just about any meal you can think of.
Deep frozen potato specialities include slices,
wedges, cut roast and rösti, triangles, rounds,
hash browns, croquettes and – the Queen of
potato products – Pom’ Duchesse.

fries to zigzag shapes. Then there’s rösti
filled with fresh cream cheese, vegetable
burgers and.... the list goes on.
Chilled fries
Being the world’s number one chilled fries
brand we know what it takes to cater for “fast
food snack occasions”. If you’re catering for
big crowds at large events, and you need to
sell as many fries as possible in a short space
of time, then you should take a look at our
chilled fries with a beautiful golden colour
and hearty potato taste. Being chilled, rather
than frozen, they are quick to prepare and
will also enable you to use your oil longer.
