CONTRACT INFORMATION

 Contract was executed on April 24, 2013 in the amount of $22,082,
124.13.
 Completion is November 15, 2015
DAY & TIME RESTRICTIONS
The Contractor shall not close or narrow a lane of traffic on NC 87,
NC 133 and/or NC 211 during the following time restrictions:
September 15 and May 15
Monday thru Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 Pm
May 16 thru September 14
Monday thru Thursday 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday 6:00 AM to Sunday 7:00PM
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
 Contractor shall not close or narrow a lane of traffic on NC 87, NC
133, and/or NC 211 detain and/or alter traffic flow during holidays,
holiday weekends, special events or any other time when traffic is
unusually.
INTERMEDIATE CONTRACT TIME
 Contractor is required to complete all work at Sunny Point
Military Entrance by February 01, 2014.
 Contractor is required to complete the temporary signal at Sunny
Point within 30 days of beginning work.
PROJECT PHASING
 THE PROJECT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN THREE (3) Phases.
PHASE I
 Contractor is required to construct the project from the beginning
all the new location work to NC 133 (River Road)
 Widening of NC 211 shall be completed.
 Stage Bridge construction will begin.
 Widening and temporary signal at Sunny Point shall be
constructed.
PHASE II
 Complete all of NC 211 including all paving
 Complete all of work on NC 133/NC 87 (River Road)
PHASE III
 Complete all work on existing Long Beach Road from beginning to
NC 211
