Let’s Party provide balloon arrangements for all occasions, individually designing each display distinctively for you. Our Balloon arrangements are available in many different colours and styles. We have varieties to suit all budgets and design styles. Our Exquisite Arrangements Displays made using Pearl and Patterned 11” latex Balloons and are arranged with care onto box weights. Additions to our range We can incorporate Double Bubbles to any of our balloons to add another dimension to your arrangements. We can use a foil balloons as the crown to add different textures. We can mix colours, as on an artist’s pallet, for those who require an exact match for a non standard colour. If you require your balloons to last longer then one day we can fill them using “hi float” to make them last up to 3 days. 11” Latex Helium Balloons (those that are typically used in our arrangements) are designed to fly for the duration of your party, 12 - 14 hours, this can alter dependant on temperature and atmospheric conditions. If you require your displays to fly for longer please discuss this with a member of our team who will be happy to guide you through some alternatives available. Our catering is ideal for all occasions, Formal Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries or Birthday Parties. Where you can choose to sit and have a relaxing time being waited on, alternatively for the more informal parties we can just deliver and you can help yourselves. Let’s Party do all the hard work for you on the Formal Receptions. Formal Receptions The price includes: - A dedicated coordinator who will be able to talk through all your specifications for your event. Your coordinator will be available to help you with all your requirements, and be there on the day to make sure everything goes smoothly the way you want it to. They will make sure your table plan is organised and nothing is left to chance. All coordination with the venue will be undertaken with precision and attention to detail. They will ensure that all the tables are put out according to your instructions and that the tables are dressed to a very high standard with Linen Cloths, Coordinating Napkins, Cutlery, and Crockery. Any payment given after this time must be in cash. If we do not receive payment before the event date we will be unable to deliver the goods. Deposit A minimum £50 (or 10% whichever is the greater) will book the event. Cancellations There is a £50 (or 10% whichever is the greater) fee for all bookings cancelled up to one month before the event. If canceling within one month of the event full payment will be taken. Insurance and Damage All equipment once installed at the venue is the responsibility of the hirer. Any damage to equipment/items belonging to Let’s Party will be charged for at replacement cost. Installation We will try to ensure we replicate the customers’ plans/layout for the function room; however it is at Let’s Party’s discretion to alter the look of the room if this is not possible. Delivery We will only give an approximate delivery time; best attempts will always be made to deliver goods at the stated time. Let’s Party will take no responsibility for attending the venue after the delivery time if it is due to circumstances out of our control, i.e. adverse weather conditions, traffic, road closures etc. Early, Late and Sunday Deliveries There is an extra charge of £10 for all deliveries made before 9am and after 6pm. All deliveries made on a Sunday will also incur the £10 fee with a minimum order set at £250. There are NO Collections delivery only. Delivery Charges There is a minimum delivery charge of £10.00 for all orders. Please refer to current rates for further details. Service Charge If we put out decorations not purchased from Let’s Party at the venue, there is a minimum charge of £10, this includes table confetti. Return and Collection All goods hired must be returned in good condition the next working day after the event. Any late returns without prior notice will be charged for at prevailing hire rates.
