Our fitted check signing ledges are used to finish off and/or tie multiple transaction counters together. In
order to maximize the flexibility of the transaction area the fixtures are all modular and the required Check
Signing Ledge is sold separately. The modular transaction counters must be topped with a ledge for a
completed counter area.

Security that STOPS THEFT
The CELLMATE security solution is made from steel
with a precision milled 1/2 inch clear plexiglass insert
offering maximum security for live powered phones.
The open all steel welded cage design assures devices
are virtually impossible to steal while remaining fully
interactive.

Intelligent Design
A lot of thinking went into the design of CELLMATE.
The solution is ultra secure, easy to load/unload,
doesn’t use adhesives and won’t damage phones.
Wire management is built in. Access channels in the
CELLMATE and Cellblock mean devices can be powered
with the manufacturer’s supplied power cord or even
an off the shelf generic replacement cord and not some
expensive proprietary connector.
Functional Simplicity
CELLMATE is designed to be opened and closed with ease yet offers maximum security for live phones.
The concept is simple. A 1/2 inch thick block of precision milled plexiglass is matched to your device. This
Cellblock is then loaded with your live device and inserted into the all steel pedestal. To secure the Cellblock,
a steel cap is attached with two special security screws and an optional hardened steel key padlock can be
added for maximum security.
With the proper security tool and padlock key the unit can be opened with ease and a new Cellblock device
combination inserted. Updating devices only requires the purchase of a new acrylic Cellblock. Device
replacement takes less than a minute.

Palmer provides device security for not only Metro’s most popular phones, but also phablets and tablets with
our Phablet and TabletVAULTs. We are continuously adding to our stock of Cellblocks as new devices reach the
market.
MetroPCS-Specific CELLMATE Pedestals
These CELLMATE options are specifically tailored with two pem studs
that typically fit the same hole pattern as the clear and purple acrylic
phone holders used in Metro stores. This allows for the existing
acrylics to be switched out and replaced with a CELLMATE with no
tools or fixture alteration requried.
To confirm if a display has existing holes that will match these
products a hole pattern is shown at right.

Kiosk Approval Process
Palmer Promotional Products will help you with mall approval for your kiosk purchase by providing an
approval package tailored specifically for your desired kiosk design, footprint, and mall location. It will
include diagrams, finishes, a plan view, illumination, construction, wood spec and assembly information.
Should the initial design be rejected, we will work with your mall or its management company to update the
design until it meets the mall’s specific criteria including ADA requirements. After approval your quote will
be updated to reflect the new changes and this quote can be used to place your order.
Turn around time is 4-6 weeks from order entry and mall approval.
We strongly suggest securing any permits required by your location before placing your order as any
changes required by your city/county may affect the kiosks’s pricing and timeline*.
*Palmer Promotional is not staffed to apply for kiosk permits. Permits must be applied for by the customer, however
Palmer will provide any information, drawings, and certifications required to obtain permits.
Metro White Kiosks
Palmer’s white cellular kiosk design is approvable by most mall management companies and offers flexibility
and style in merchandising. This kiosk design includes push-through illuminated 3D signage, illuminated
showcases, and four areas for 22x28 graphics. Kiosks are built from fire-rated board and finished in Formica
brand ColorCore. The sizes and prices listed below are considered stock footprints that are used by most
malls.
Custom size solutions as well as upgrades such as additional signage and illuminated reveals are also
