Appropriate Behavior – General conduct must be safe and in keeping with the desired
family fun environment. Running, visible intoxication, physical or verbal assault, destruction of
park property and inappropriate language or gestures are prohibited.
WWK – (Area designated by blue midway.) Proper swimming attire is
required and is defined as a properly fitting and covering, one- or two-piece
swimsuit or shorts that stop above the knee. Swimwear must be without abrasive
buttons, rivets, zippers or snaps. Thong suits are prohibited. Diaper covers are required
for all diapered children and are available at Trade Winds Gift Shop near the entrance to
Wildwater Kingdom. Shoes are not allowed on any waterpark attractions.
RIDE AVAILABILITY – Dorney Park strives to ensure guest safety by being proactive
in temporarily closing any ride or attraction as current maintenance, weather, or other
conditions may require. Most games, shops, and food locations as well as some rides remain
operating despite inclement weather. Water attractions will close when thunder or lightning is
in the vicinity. This is done for your protection and we will re-open affected rides and attractions
as soon as safely possible. Rides experiencing known downtime are posted in the main entrance
plaza. No rainchecks or refunds are available.
BAG SEARCH – Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom reserves the right to search any
bags and accessories carried or found on Park premises. We recommend you leave all
non-essential items in your vehicle.
Pet Policy – Pets other than guide dogs/service animals are prohibited. Please check
Park Map for Service Animal Relief Stations within the park.
Coolers – No coolers, outside food or drink is allowed in the park. A limited number
of picnic areas are located in the guest parking lot.
Restricted Items – Any item which causes safety concern or disruption of other
guests including but not limited to laser pointers/pens, audio amplifiers, diving masks,
snorkels, unauthorized advertisements or solicitations, and recreational wheels such as skates,
roller blades, skateboards, and heelies. Firearms and/or weapons of any kind are strictly
prohibited. Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Line Jumping is defined as cutting in front of other guests or attempting same point
re-entry after having left the line for any reason including using a restroom or retrieving
food or drink. Make all stops prior to entering a line queue. Any guest who line jumps may be
ejected from the Park with NO REFUND GIVEN!
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom Property
with the exception of the several designated smoking areas which can be located on the
park map. This policy includes use of vapor or electronic cigarettes.
PARENT SWAP – This program allows for parents to enjoy the rides and manage
supervising their children. Please visit Ride Services or ask a Ride Attendant for more
details. Parent Swap is not available in Wildwater Kingdom.
LOCKERS – All day lockers can be rented in the area adjacent to the Screamin’ Swing
and near the Wildwater Kingdom Entrance. Single-use lockers are available for rent near
White Water Landing.
Waterpark Rentals – Visit the cabana rental area located near Wildwater Cove
to rent your private cabana. Chair rental with poolside service is also available at the
Wildwater Cove Retreat.
RENTAL CENTER – Located just inside the Main Entrance at Good Time Gifts. Strollers
and wheel chairs may be rented here. There are also a limited number of motorized wheel
chairs available. All items are rented on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be removed
from the Park. A photo ID and deposit are required to be left for all rentals.
LOST & FOUND – Located near the Season Pass Processing Center. Please check
here if you lose an item. If you find an item, give it to an employee or deliver it to Lost &
Found. To inquire about a lost item, call 610-391‑7798. Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is not
responsible for lost or damaged items. The amount of time that an item will be held varies by item
description. Please visit Lost & Found to receive a copy of the policy.
FIRST AID – Located next to Good Time Gifts near the Park entrance and in Wildwater
Kingdom near the Speed Slides. First aid is staffed by certified Emergency Personal
Technicians at all times. If you need medical assistance tell any park employee and he or she will
call First Aid and have them come to your location.
SECURITY – To provide an anonymous tip or request Dorney Park Patrol response for a
non-emergency, you may text message 74674 with the keyword “DPP” followed by your
location and a brief report message. Messages are prioritized and responded to appropriately.
We may text back for additional information. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Please
direct any emergency needs immediately to the nearest Park employee.
FOR OUR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES – Assistance is available upon request.
Employees are not permitted to physically assist guests. Our Guest Assistance Guide and
services for guests with mobility restrictions and vision impairment are available at Ride Services
located in Guest Services.
INFANT CARE – Diaper-changing facilities are available in all restrooms and at the
Family Care Center located in Planet Snoopy adjacent to the Snoopy Boutique. Mothers
who prefer a private area for nursing may do so at this Family Care Center.
KID TRACK – Offered to assist in reuniting children and their parents who become
separated at the Park. Register your child for Kid Track at Ride Services located in
Guest Services, at the Planet Snoopy Family Care Center next to the Snoopy Boutique, or in
Wildwater Kingdom at the Children with Lost Parents office located next to Tradewinds Gift
Shop. If you and your child become separated, ask any employee for assistance. There is no
paging service available.

CASH MACHINES – Located outside main entry turnstiles in Main Plaza, in
Dorney Park at Good Time Gifts, Center Stage Fries, Clucks & Franks and in
Wildwater Kingdom at Subway.
RE-ENTERING The Park – Anyone leaving the Park during operating hours
who wishes to return the same day, must have their hand stamped at the exit gate,
or will be required to purchase a proper admission ticket upon re-entry. Proper attire is
required upon entry, exit and re-entry.
LIFE JACKETS – Life jackets are required at the Wave Pool, Wildwater Cove,
Runaway River and Wildwater River for anyone who is less than 48" tall in bare
feet or is an inexperienced, weak, or non-swimmer.
Life jackets are made available for use to all guests; however, guests are asked
to return all jackets to their storage area after use. Life jackets are property of
Dorney Park and are not permitted to be removed from Wildwater Kingdom.
Personal life jackets that carry the Coast Guard emblem may be brought into
Wildwater Kingdom. Water wings, “swimmies” and any other personal flotation
devices that do not carry the Coast Guard emblem are not permitted. Wave-riding
boards are not permitted under any circumstance.

Park property. Alcoholic beverages are available at several isolated locations, and must
always be consumed or discarded on premise where served. Only those persons with valid State
issued photo ID or driver’s license and who are over the age of 21 years are permitted to purchase,
possess or consume alcoholic beverages while on Dorney Park Property. One valid photo ID must
be presented per person, per beverage being purchased. That Photo identification must remain
readily available to be presented upon request. Failure to comply with park personnel, various
wrist banding policies, or any park rules is cause for dismissal from the park with no refund given.
