BEACH & ACTIVITIES
 Beach equipment has been provided for your enjoyment.
 As you walk through the front door, to your immediate right is a bi-fold door closet which
contains beach & activity equipment.
 Please rinse all equipment at the beach shower site before returning to the apartment.
 Please leave coolers clean and empty.
 Beach towels and beach mats should be shaken out well. This shall prevent sand from clogging
the plumbing.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING
The weather in Florida is HOT. For A/C to be effective,
 Doors & Windows must be kept closed when A/C is on
 The thermostat should not be kept below 74º
 If you are going to leave for a few hours, please raise A/C to 78º or above
INTERNET
Our Condo Unit 715 phone number is: 321-783-4059.
 You are provided with unlimited U.S. long distance and Canada phone service (24/7).
 Free Wireless internet is provided for you. The router & modem are located in the laundry
room. Wireless Password provided by Owner.
KITCHEN
 Pots and Pans are located in the right drawers next to the stove
 Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Hand-held mixer are all available for your convenience.
 Coffee & Tea is in the drawer below the coffee maker and non-perishable spices are in the
pantry closet.
 Flatware is located in the top drawer next to the stove
 Wolfgang Puck Knives are located on the Granite Countertop
 Paper Towels, Dish Soap, and Cleaning Supplies are under the kitchen sink.
Safety Precaution: Please keep cleaning supplies and sharp objects, i.e. knives, out of children’s reach. If
needed, a first aid kit is in master bedroom vanity.

LAUNDRY
 Facing the guest bedroom, first door to your left, is the laundry room which contains a full size
washer and dryer.
 Detergents and Cleaning Chemicals are all available on the shelves above the machines.
 An iron & ironing board are located in the laundry room.

LIABILITY
Children should be supervised at all times during your stay. We do not assume any liability for loss,
damage, or injury to your persons or your personal property.
Any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by you or your guests, you will
be held responsible to reimburse us for costs incurred to repair/replace the damaged items. Likewise,
any loss of linens, kitchen supplies, or our personal items during your stay, you will be held responsible
to reimburse for costs to replace those items.

Guide Books and Phone Books for Cocoa Beach are provided for your convenience. These are located in
the drawer by the phone and on the coffee table in the living room. Our Wireless Internet connection
can also provide you with a list of rated local restaurants: www.cocoabeach.com
We provide a guest book in the condo. We hope you’ll make additional recommendations about places
you have dined or visited.

Sandcastles Grill Rules
1) $25 cash deposit required to gain access to the grill. Money returned if grill is returned in usable
clean condition for next person. Grates and utensils cleaned outside wiped off and gas is turned
off.
2) Access must be obtained by contacting Sandcastle staff during normal office hours, 9am-4pm
Monday-Friday and 10am-1pm Saturday and Sunday. Stop by the office or call (321) 890-2536
to coordinate usage.
3) No one under 18 years of age may use the grill.
4) No grilling after 8:30pm
Noise level must be maintained at conversational levels.

CLEANING UP – BEFORE DEPARTURE

Our condo is cleaned prior to your arrival and must be left tidy upon departure, including dishes
washed, trash removed and general tidiness. Our cleaning service will inspect, sanitize, and
clean the house as well as launder bed sheets after you leave. If additional cleaning is required,
appropriate charges will be charged to your security deposit at the rate of $40 per hour.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
 I leave bathrobes for your convenience.
o I would appreciate it if robes are left clean and hung up.
KITCHEN – BEFORE DEPARTURE
 Refrigerator & Closet should be left empty of any open food or containers.

Trash should be emptied.

All dishes should be cleaned and put away. If not, a charge of $50 will be deducted from your
Security Deposit because of the extra cleaning charges incurred.
KEYS

All Condo keys should be placed back on the kitchen counter.

upon availability, I will assist you with setting up the service.
