Plastic CNC Saw Cutting
In addition to full sheets, Alro Plastics also offers our
customers complete cut-to-size services. With our
CNC production saws we are capable of cutting
material from 1/16” thick up to 8” thick, in most
cases the same day as it is ordered.
CNC Saw Cutting Highlights:
Ability to cut up to 8” thick material
Maximum part size of 14 ft wide x 14 ft long
CNC controlled for accurate cuts and repeatability
Able to stack thinner sheets to cut them at the same time
ISO 9001:2008 certified ensures a quality job every time
Stackable, we are able to stack thin gage
sheets and cut them all at the same time.
Grippers, the saw is able to grab sheets up to 8”
thick and pull them into position for easy cutting.
ISO 9001:2008 certified, you can count on inprocess and final inspection on every cut job.
