5-Axis Waterjet Cutting
Alro Plastics now offers 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting. This machine
uses a high-pressure jet of water and an abrasive substance
to cut through our plastic materials. The Waterjet is
capable of cutting intricate parts to print that are
not possible on other machining equipment.

Ability to cut up to 10” thick material
Maximum part size of 78” wd x 157” lg
5-Axis capabilities, bevels and 3D cutting
Ability to cut glass-filled and fiberglass products
Works great on rubber, urethane, neoprene and foam
Wide thickness range, able to cut down to 1/32”
thick and up to 10” thick in a single operation.
5-Axis technology, we are able to produce parts
quicker, more accurate bevels and do 3D cutting.
Tough materials, capable of cutting fiberglass,
glass-filled, rubber, urethane and foam parts.
