Alro can supply parts (machined, waterjet cut, fabricated, bent, glued
and polished) out of acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG and other materials.
With our CNC equipment and 5-axis Waterjet, engineering plastic parts
can be machined and cut to customer specifications and prints.
We stock molded and pultruded fiberglass grating...we can cut it to
size and/or machine it to print too.

Sheets are available from 1/8” to 8” thick, in a wide
range of colors and sizes, up to 72” wide x 144” long.
All drops at Alro Plastics are assigned a bin location and identification
number allowing us to offer exact sizes available over the phone.

Alro Plastics stocks plastic rods & tubing available from 1/8” diameter
to 14” diameter, in various grades, colors, lengths and formulations.
Our headquarters in Jackson, MI recently completed a building expansion, increasing our square footage from 40,700 to just over 60,000 sqft. This
expansion allowed us to bring in even more inventory as well as invest in more processing equipment to better service our customers. We now run 3
full shifts which enables us to have the lowest lead times in the industry.

Our saws can cut up to 18” diameter rod, and in most
cases, ship it the same day it is ordered.
Our 5-axis Waterjet is able to cut material from 1/32” up to 10” thick in
a single pass. It can also cut & machine rubber, foam, fiberglass, G-10,
Phenolics, GPO-3 and various glass-filled materials.
Our CNC Saws can cut material up to 8“ thick x 14
feet wide/long and hold very tight tolerances.
Our 4-head CNC Twin Table Production Router is capable of machining
parts up to 4” thick x 10 feet wide x 12 feet long.
