VECOPLAN HydroDyn is the highly powerful and independent washing system in the plastics recycling
industry. This new treatment technology is capable to handle low and highly contaminated infeed material
in a huge variety such as films, stretch films, hard plastics, packaging plastics or technical plastics. The
washing line uses high friction and strong hydrodynamical water flow for cleaning plastic flakes.
As a result, the highly pure output particles are free
of cellulose, stickers, lables, organics, minerals
and glue in an outstanding purity. The material can
be used directly as flake material or in a secondary
process step such as extrusion or granulation.
While other washing lines using chemical or hot
water the VECOPLAN HydroDyn system comes
along with low energy costs because of friction and
hydrodynamical cleaning. Based on our experience combined with customer needs we design an
